"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Perfekt als Familienhaus geeignet. Geräumig und mit sehr guter Ausstattung! Man liegt sehr gut in den Betten, großer Garten und mit Blick auf die Berge. Wanderungen in der Umgebung gibt es auch genug. Am besten man nutzt Komoot. Eindeutig zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!"

"Wir hatten 10 Tage gebucht,sind nach einer Woche abgereist. Sauberkeit ungenügend, Bett mit verschieden hohen Matratzen, alte Matratzen an die Wand gelehnt. Dadurch Schlafzimmer sehr unschön.Kein Toilettenpapier , Badschranktür defekt, ein Lüfter funktioniert nicht. Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, wenig Geschirr. Der Kühlschrank scheint defekt zu sein, er kühlt nicht. Im Geschirrspüler schmutziges Geschirr. TV für deutsche Touristen nicht nutzbar. Eine...

"Wir haben ein Wochenende als gesamte Familie in Kates Haus verbracht und waren alle total begeistert mit wieviel Liebe dieses Haus eingerichtet ist und von Kate betreut wird. Wir haben uns alle von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wollen unbedingt nochmal ein paar Tage dort verbringen. Sie hat an alles gedacht. "Wir waren als Familie zum zweiten Mal dort mit Kindern 1 und 3 Jahre. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und für polnische Verhältnisse instand gehalten. Eltern müssen unbedingt auf kleine Kinder achten!
