A beautiful 6 acre ranch.
You can rent a home anywhere this is a log home Water Front Ranch. It's a nature experience turning the clocks back truly Paradise.

Search MEADOW River Ranch on YouTube several videos.
Have a camper ok to bring.
boat parking available too.
Rental includes the entire log home.
The log home is NOT shared space.

The master suite the entire second floor is enormous as pictured there's a California King bed with an additional twin bed / window seat. Large walk-in closet views from every room the beautiful Corral the beautiful Waterfront sunsets to die for.
First floor bedroom is a queen bed and a 80 in 4K TV

Beautiful fully equipped kitchen.

The living room could easily be in the magazine amazing 30-foot wood Cathedral with candle lit fireplace.
4 Theater electric recliners.
And also a massage chair.

There is a queen blow-up mattress available for extra guests and of course extra sheets and towels are provided.

The rental Also includes use of the Waterfront outdoor kitchen Cabana.🌴

Located very close to Ave Maria and a short drive to beautiful beaches.

Amazing place

We had a great time. The cabin and property is absolutely amazing. The cabin is gorgeous. The pics just don’t do it justice. Jeff is an outstanding man. One of the best hosts we have ever had. He is very friendly and is there if you need him for anything. I would highly recommend his cabin. We will definitely be back.

Quiet and peaceful stay

I absolutely enjoyed my time spent at Jeff's place. The cabin is very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. It was a nice treat to be able to find a quiet place in busy Naples. I highly recommend this place and host.

Not what I expected

We leased the house for two weeks in February of this year. There’s a lot to go through, but the main point we want to emphasize is that this property is entirely misrepresented by its listing. Everything about this property from furnishings, appliances, beddings, linens, shower fixtures ect, is well beyond its expiration date. The only somewhat updated feature was the laundry equipment which seemed to be more recent but was waiting on repair parts the entire duration of our stay. While the property it's self is not without its attributes the livability of this property is unexceptable at the price point it’s listed at. To be clear there is no pool on this property, period. The picture on the listing is completely out of context and intentionally misleading. In reality it’s an alge filled horse trough on the front porch. The outdoor kitchen facility is dirty and unusable. There are exposed electrical wires where the fixture used to be in the loft. There is an odor of some sort in the downstairs bedroom that makes it uncomfortable, bordering on unusable. We have leased vacation rentals around the country for over fifteen years and misrepresentations are not uncommon but we have never encountered any this egregious.

Not Quite as Nice as it Seems

Our disappointment was primarily with how the cabin was misrepresented. The Owner will dispute this (as he does with all negative reviews). Apparently, he has an answer for everything. We didn’t mind one or two little things, but this was unacceptable: The place smelled musty and of wet dog upon arrival- bring Fabreze! Applianced were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Parts for the washer/dryer scheduled to arrive a few days later? No, they did not. Owner offered to launder our clothes at no cost, but who wants a stranger washing your clothes / shrinking them?? There were three sets of dirty sheets stuffed away in various parts of the bedrooms. The extra blankets were not clean and smelled bad. Glad we brought our own! Dirty dishes in bedside table, trash stuffed behind the grandfather clock and mouse droppings in the broken kitchen drawer. Under cabinet kitchen and stove lighting doesn’t work. No wine glasses- Bring or buy your own! Batteries in back porch lanterns are dead, so you’ll need to 4D batteries. Fire pit is not there anymore, and the “pool” was filled with stagnant, green water. Owner said it would be cleaned the next day, but didn’t get it done until two weeks later. Blinds in the bathroom do not lower, so those on the back porch can see anyone using the toilet or shower. Owner walked in unannounced (because he thought nobody was there?!) to “fix” the internet connection. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Wonderful base camp and lodging

Lovely property. House is well decorated. Owner answered questions immediately (text and in person). Birding and nature trip. Quiet in evenings. Front porch with comfortable chairs. Very large screened porch area in back. Heat/AC kept house at proper temperature. Came back to Michigan and 6 inches of snow plus rain. Wish we were back there.....

Neat little getaway in Southwest Florida

While we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked (we were in town for parent/alumni weekend at Ave Maria University, so our days and evenings were filled with activities), the cabin was very nice, much as you would expect from a cabin - a nice, quaint, relaxing place to stay and visit. Jeff, the owner, was very friendly and helpful - quick to respond to any questions. We will certainly consider staying here again for a family getaway, or other future Ave Maria University weekend trips! Thank you, Jeff!

Rat feces and broken AC

Don’t stay here. The Owner said the AC was new but it never worked. The property was 81 degrees. Rat poop many places, totally filthy property. Unbearable.

Calm relaxing environment

This home is so much more than the pictures, it’s calm, relaxing and the serenity of it is nothing you can get any other place. Jeff was more than accommodating for us. He promptly responded to all my texts. The house itself isn’t huge but the way it’s designed for the space is awesome. We enjoyed the screened in porch and took advantage of the outdoor kitchen. The home didn’t lack a thing. My only suggestion (and it’s a personal one) would be to add a couple horses and a few farm animals. I just might try to move in if that happens.

He says pool its a stock tank that was dirtt. Ac doesnt keep up bc all the holes in all the doors. Bathroom window stays open all the time. People in and out all the time including the owner. Owner text me twice once at 130am and once at 230am. The list could go on but im stopping here.

Beautiful and relaxing

Absolutely loved this property. The porches, front and back, are wonderful extensions of the living space. The kitchen cabana was a fun social gathering area for outdoor meal preparation. Saw lots of wildlife—coyote, gators, turtles, birds galore. Fun fishing! Beautifully landscaped.

Great cabin!

This cabin brought us right back to our Wisconsin roots and we couldn’t be more grateful for it. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there due to obligations, but the time we were there was good for the soul and truly memory making. We will return! Thank you ❤️

Bad experience

Very disappointed, no pool only a steel troft on porch. Washer and dryer didn’t work. Property manager stays behind house, he used the bathroom in the cabin while we were gone. And people in campers stay on same property while we were there. We were not aware of this before we rented the place. The entire house was filthy. Cameras everywhere. I have never done a review but felt I had to this place was so bad.

JEFF MAKES THE BEST EXPERIENCE!

Meadows River Farm is a great escape…get away from it all with a quiet, relaxing stay. Watch the stars come out at night as you probably haven’t seen them in years, from your rustic (not too rustic) log cabin porch. But, it’s Jeff who sets the tone. A laid-back affable host. Charming, Peaceful, and Quiet

The cabin was charming, homey, and we easily took advantage of the quiet surroundings to unwind from all the city entrapment to reset ourselves. The host has thought of everything one would need to never leave until your time is up.
