"I stayed at this cabin with my husband and two teen children. It was perfect for us. It was peaceful, spotless, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host even left some treats to make us feel welcome. We loved using the hammock, lawn games, fire pit, outdoor shower, and exploring the creek on the property. We were disappointed that we couldn’t stay long enough to use the pond and hiking trails across the street! We had fun visiting nearby Naples for restaurants,...

"Overall, it was a nice stay at this cabin. Here are some things I think future renters should know. Propane fridge worked great. There is a small freezer too. Definitely off grid so plan accordingly. Propane lighting throws a lot of heat so you probably don't want to use them in the hotter months. Solar power is not always working. The one outside outhouse is shared by all campers. Both cabins on property are not cleaned or linens changed between guests. Our cabin had dirty floors and stove....

"A bucolic setting with a comfortable, well-appointed cabin. Loved the view of the pond from the back porch windows. Convenient location for visiting wineries and trails around Keuka. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. Bob, our dog Toby, and I enjoyed our stay immensely."

"The property was so beautiful! My boyfriend and I wanted to go hiking with our dog to get out of the city. This place was perfect and it was so nice with all of the fall leaves. We went to the wineries near by and were able to make a camp fire right next to our cabin. Everything was so clean and the cabin was the perfect size. We hope to go back in the spring or summer. "Beautiful location, nice pond on the property teeming with wildlife. We have never been to Livonia before, very nice quiet country with green rolling hills and Conesus Lake nearby. Though plenty of stores and restaurants a short drive away for convenience."
