"We had a wonderful stay. The property is gorgeous and the house was great for a group with places for everyone to be together or separate when needed. We only have a few recommendations. First, the driveway is quite steep and curvy. A caution on that especially if you drive a larger vehicle as we did. We never could get the hot tub to heat up, even after contacting the host. "We enjoyed staying at The Cozy Cottage. Susan is WONDERFUL & the perfect hostess. Her house is in walking distance to everything downtown. There were 4 of us, 2 couples. The men loved hanging out downstairs in what they called the dungeon watching football. Be sure to visit her store downtown “The Bennington”. She has so many cute things and a great selection of Napa shirts. We would definitely stay at her place again if we are ever back in Napa ❤️"

"I had a group of 6 adults for wedding weekend in Sonoma and the only problem was that we didnt have enough time to hang at the house! Its in a great central location and the house is outfitted for a group. The pool and hot tub were amazing and was so pleasantly surprised that each room was stocked with 2 bathrobes. The kitchen was well stocked too. Would definitely stay again!"

"Property was perfect and well equipped. So many places to sit enjoy each others company when done exploring for the day. They have thought of everything and you can tell they take pride in the home. Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was great to walk/run through. The pool was refreshing and incredibly clean. You get what you pay for and this property was a prime example! "

"Property is very nice ..furniture not modern but fits with the decor but overall very nice home .. the outside sitting areas were our favorite spots .. owners left snacks and wine which was a nice touch ..no complaints except ants in bathroom and one bedroom but home was clean. Location was perfect for our trips downtown and to the wedding venue. Would recommend.. owners were pleasant and easy to contact .."

"Where to start! I'm not one to often leave reviews but felt the need to give this place props. The only "issue" we had was a user error lol and we couldn't open the lock box. Have no fear, we have the owner a call and he was there within 5 minutes as embarrassing as it was! The location of the home was as perfect, took us 5 minutes to get to our favorite wineries and 30 to Napa. "It was a great experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful. However, there was a rooster that woke us up really early. The owner mentioned there were minimal pots and pans, but I only found one mug and a few spatulas for cooking, along with a coffee machine. I’m glad I brought my own pan. Overall, it was good for our trip."

"Beautiful garden and cottage. Very clean with lots of amenities tucked in. Super close to downtown Napa, 8 min ride in Uber. Roomy living space and bedroom and bathroom space. Note the kitchen, while stocked with various appliances, is extremely small so if you plan to prepare food, counter space is limited. The cottage really did have everything we needed. Cozy throws, comfy bed, hot tub, nice dining table. Shower is super nice and clean, bathroom has privacy. "
