The Vino Bello Hotel/Resort, is a professionally cleaned, most booking sites would agree, 4 star rated Hotel/Resort, not an apartment or condo.
The Studio King Suite is awesome for a romantic getaway. The spa tub and balcony both make for a magical experience. There is a couch with a pull out bed if things don't go to plan.
This wine country resort comes with a free bottle of wine in your room & a free glass of champagne at check in (upon request for champagne on weekends only).
Multiple Wineries, 1 brewery, live music, food truck, cute grocery store just across the street!! We had all our guests here at our wedding in 2019, it's classy!!

Vino Bello pool has a BBQ, jacuzzi, kid's pool & splash pad area, & you can bring ice chests. They'll even bring you BBQ tools. Check in 4:00 P.M. Check out 10:00 A.M.
Two restaurants on site, Olive & Hay Restaurant & The Crush Lounge Restaurant with a bowling alley inside. Walk paths through grapevines filled with jumping bunnies, an occasional fox or turkey, & eagles overhead that lead to a cool wine country statue. Rooms have been remodeled since the picture with the pugs, not much different, just the colors.
My ownership allows for free automatic upgrades to 1 bedroom suites or 2 queen bed units if they become available, if your preference is the King bed studio, please let me know at time of purchase so that I can change the automatic upgrade settings on this booking.
How things work with us:
1) You book this room on VRBO. We send you our confirmation message with cell phone numbers of Rodney and Lisa Rusca, who can help solve problems or give you travel advice upon request.
2) Our ownership company will send you a confirmation email directly that you can take to The Vino Bello Check in located inside the Meritage Resort. The email will come with a confirmation number and a phone number for you to speak with our ownership company directly to verify you are our registered guest if you choose. This ownership email confirmation costs us, so it is only done when this reservation becomes non refundable.
For reservations that are already non refundable, we will respond within an hour with the confirmation email from the ownership company, during normal business hours Pacific Standard Time 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. every day of the week.
3) At check in, you will be assigned your room located on one of the floors 1st through 3rd, in one of the 3 buildings (named the Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Merlot Buildings) that surround The Vino Bello Resort Pool. You will then be given key cards after you present a Valid Identification (State ID or Passport) and a credit card capable of the refundable security deposit and room tax).

CHECK IN - At the neighboring Hotel/Resort called The Meritage, located in the same parking lot.
NO PET POLICY - Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals have been permitted in the past. There might be big dog rules or the policy could change, contact the hotel management at The Vino Bello Resort to verify before purchase.
PRESENTATION - The Resort is a timeshare property and, as such, may offer solicitation to attend a sales presentation for vacation ownership. The Tenant is under no obligation to attend a presentation as a condition of occupancy.
AGE - The Tenant must be age 21 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name.
USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs.
TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit.
OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort.
INCIDENTALS -- Most resorts will require a credit card upon check-in for the purpose of incidental expenses (i.e., local phone, resort services, room service, etc). Tenant will be expected to provide their own credit card upon arrival for this purpose.
DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
