Perfect family summer getaway!!

Please also check my other listing ID 1094494 if dates not available for this one.....its very similar, slightly larger with same number of bedrooms and bathrooms and also has same size pool.

Please note pool is closed in the off season starting first week of October; opening in spring for memorial weekend.

Please note also that the property manager Sandy lives adjacent to the property. She is always available to deal with any questions you have during your stay and will meet you upon your arrival. Sandy lived in Thailand and studied Thai massage and has been practicing Thai massage both on island and in Boston and Providence for over 15 years. So treat yourself and book a massage with her during your stay!

Regarding Car Ferry Tickets:
We know that our guests may plan their Nantucket holiday to coincide with their ferry reservations. Unfortunately recent Steamship Authority website issues during the Headstart Reservation Program have delayed public vehicle bookings for summer guests.

We were fortunate to have acquired transferable ferry reservations for a list of short-term rental weeks; currently wait-listed for 7/7 and have transferable tickets for the weeks of 7/13, and 7/20. Please contact me if you would like to book your passage with us. This information is accurate as of March 24, 2024.

Wonderful vacation home
Our stay on Nantucket was perfect - having a beautiful, private swimming pool and a well-designed home made our trip so enjoyable. The house is well equipped (although there wasn’t any laundry or dishwasher detergent, so bring some). All in all, a great getaway.

Amazing stay
We loved every minute of our stay and are hoping to go back again next year! Terrific location, really comfortable home. Idyllic Summer Holiday
This gem of a house has it all. Close to town and also private and serene. Clean, bright, tip top condition while also warm and welcoming. Great family space, including a "teen cave" (bed and full bath) in the basement for older kids. Add the pool, ping pong, foosball, firepit and big screen TV for movie night, and you have a heavenly vacation. The outdoor shower with hot water is a delight for us city dwellers. We loved the convenience of a washer/dryer. And, one more big plus if you have a new swimmer in your group: there is a wide ledge along both sides of the pool, allowing a swimmer who is developing skill and confidence to have a good landing place while practicing and participating in the fun of the deep end. Josh and Sandy are five star hosts. Don't hesitate to book your stay - please just don't take the weeks we want to come back! :)

This is such a beautiful, warm, and comfortable home. It has everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space is wonderful with the fire pits and pool. We highly recommend staying here for your visit to Nantucket ! We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing time!
We absolutely loved this property and Nantucket! We had such a relaxing time with our family, and the host was very responsive and actively sought us out to see if we needed anything. It is an absolutely beautiful house, and a pool is a must have in Nantucket! We didn’t go to the beach every day and the pool allowed us flexibility as well as a great place to relax.

Fabulous, well-kept property
My family rented the cottage for the week around the Fourth of July. Through out the whole process the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is well appointed with excellent mattresses, plenty of linens and two washing machines and dryers. The house is clean and and clutter free with wonderful books and games to enjoy for your visit. The best part of the property is the the gorgeous and profane back yard. We are grilled every night, went night swimming and sat by the fire pit. There is even wood and a natural fire pit if you want to make s’mores. It’s a true gem!

Tremendous a 2nd time
The property is pristine, the perfect size for our family of 5, well appointed with all the amenities you need for both beach and pool, and the service by Josh and Sandy is on point. Nothing bad to say in the least about this home. Its central location makes everything on the island a short drive, bike ride, even walk. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was exactly as described and pictured. The location was central to many things and we appreciated the quiet setting at the end of the street. The property manager reached out in advance of our reservation and was able to accommodate our early arrival. Our kids particularly enjoyed the secret reading nook in the kids room!

A relaxing weekend away!
The house was great and it was located about at 15 minute walk from a few restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the best thing was how wonderful Josh was to deal with. He was very accommodating and made us feel at home. I will definitely be recommending this house to others and will also return when I can!

Just right
5 ladies for a week and we all had plenty of space in this centralized located house. We were 1 mile from town so we rode our bikes that we rented but found using a friends car was important on the island. We went to 9 of the 10 beaches. Sunrise beach is 20 minute drive and sunset beach is Medakat. Breakfast and lunch we found the best restaurant was Lemon Press in Town and our favorite server was B! I was impressed how far you can walk on every sandy beach that surrounds the island. The house was fully stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the carry out lobster and lobster rolls from Sayle . Saturday farmers market was our first stop The house manager Sandy less available for questions and at any time . The beds were comfortable and towels were lush! . The house was just right with the heated pool and outdoor fire pit in the end of September 2021.

Overall great. Clean, spacious. Pool a nice addition. BBQ and fire pit make staying in the evenings a pleasure. Lots of beach towels (nice!) Owner & property manger very responsive. Would be helpful to better clarify trash/recycle info & instructions. As bins very full upon our arrival. Departure requests are slightly cumbersome. These are the minor things. We would rent here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, mid-island property. It is quiet, spacious and has great outdoor space by the pool and patio. Fabulous!!!
We had an excellent week for our first time in Nantucket and it helped that the house was so wonderful! The pool really sealed the deal for us. The fun details in the kids room were spot on - fun lights, a secret closet nook and great books to read. The location was perfect and very private. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how new everything was. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect stay
We recently spent two weeks in Nantucket and really enjoyed the house. The house and everything in it was very high quality, tasteful and well done. It had everything we needed and more. With two kids who like but dont love the beach, having the pool was also a huge win and it was perfect. Josh was super friendly and always accessible both prior to and during the trip. The house was centrally located with easy access to everything on the island, by bike or car. We loved it and look forward to a return trip.
