No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly home up to 2 pets. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. The subdivision CC&R's do not allow for boats, RVs, campers, motorcycles, bicycles, recreational vehicles, etc. to be parked in the street or driveway for more than 72 hours so please keep this in mind when booking if you are traveling with any such vehicle.
