"The house was on the smaller side but was well organized and very comfortable and cozy. We loved the path to the ocean."

"This is now my favorite place! When you park in your spot at night, motion detect ground lights come on for safety. Wonderful adjustable bed in sandpiper cottage. If you like cozy, you will LOVE this room. I LOVE cozy. "

"It was so warm and cozy! We were pleasantly surprised! Had the weather been better we would have loved to take advantage of the fire pit and picnic table provided. The bathrooms were clean and warm. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much, It clean,has all the amenities and was very relaxing. "

"Three night stay at this condo was great. The communication was excellent. The condo is well maintained and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for ease of use. From coffee Keurig pods to toilet paper and paper towels, such thoughtful touches for our visit. "

"Ellen was a great host and communication was excellent and prompt. House is very spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and good coffee provided. Comfortable king sized bed in master bedroom. Nice, large shower. Fenced patio is pleasant and was great for our dog. Walk to the beach is lovely. Far enough from the road to not hear any traffic noise and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. "

"Place was neat and clean. Somewhat musty when first entered. Solved by opening doors and windows. I have owned property on the beach before and have found this to be a common behavior. House is the only house on a gated lane. Lots of space!! Was very happy with being able to let the dog out, stay on the deck and not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. Three floors worth of house with the associated number of stairs. Beds were comfortable. View from the front room and deck were...

"We stayed here about three years ago, and were happy to be able to stay again. The location is great; the view is lovely; the wildlife was wonderful; and the house is well stocked. It's a perfect place for a serene and private stay - you even have your own path to the beach. Check in was ez-pz and management was very responsive. We hope to be back some day."

"We absolutely loved the location so close to the beach. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed hanging in the sun on the deck. Nice walk to the beach too. The layout of the house is per. We had three couples and one other adult. We all had our own space for sleeping. It was so great! Thanks for having us. "

"This is a great home for a family to stay in Long Beach. Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. Parking is spacious, and there are lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax. The hosts also provided a lot of information Through the welcome guide which was very helpful. We would happily stay again :) "

"We were in the hotel portion of the facility. A pleasant walk to the beach. The resort is away from the busier part of town, though this part of the coast is quieter, anyway. The room and common areas are showing their age. Snow every morning when we awoke, 4” of it the last day!"
