Summary:
Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the beautiful town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Enjoy direct ocean views from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a fourth-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

The unit is conveniently located within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Relaxing!
This unit was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. Great ocean view as well. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our time here. The fireplace is decorative only, a little disappointing. Great location, great views and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great location for birdwatching to spots further south and great restaurants to the north.
Beautifully decorated. Had some minor issues with the condo that were immediately rectified, within one hour! Description is accurate. The elevator is temperamental but that was in description as well. Perfect for wildlife watching off balcony on not so great weather days. Dolphins and seabirds!

Overlooking the ocean
Great stay at Pierview. Location is close to restaurants and is a central location to explore the Outer Banks. Balcony views are breathtaking.

Relaxing Getaway
Wanted a relaxing getaway for my husband and i. This was just what we needed. The property was right on the beach, the view was amazing. Being in the off season we had a quiet and relaxing trip. We look forward to visiting again.

View From the Top
The condo was perfectly situated to have a spectacular view and convenience to the beach. The balcony was great—-enjoyed it greatly! The decor was updated and had a beachy theme—perfect! Amy Underwood was easy to communicate with; very helpful! Had a good week!

Mixed feelings - elevator does not work!!!
The owners of the property are very sweet and accommodating. They were able to provide us with an early check in and had lots of recommendations for our stay. As far as the property itself - the cleanliness was fair. It’s not horrible but the baseboards were left dirty and don’t look under the bed or any of the furniture…it hasn’t been touched in a long time. The BIGGEST complaint is that THE ELEVATOR DOES NOT WORK. I brought my 80 year old grandmother on her first vacation she had been on in years and we stayed on the top floor. She was really only capable of making that climb once a day and we’re lucky she’s healthy enough to even do that! When we arrived, we were informed the elevator was out of order but lifts had been installed to help move your luggage and other items to your floor. I felt so bad as I saw multiple elderly people throughout the week struggling to climb those stairs - one woman with a walker, one woman with a broken leg and crutches. I understand things break down but a heads up before arrival would have been courteous for one and for two - how long have these elevators been down for them to have installed luggage lifts?

This is a third floor unit. The elevator did not work all week. Property manager did arrange for our luggage to be carried to and from our room. I would never have rented unit without an elevator. I should be refunded some money

Great Condo
Had a great time here. Condo was in an excellent location and had a lovely view. Great setup for two couples. Pool wasn't mentioned in the listing, but it does have one (two actually but the other is quite dinky). Pack a bit of extra kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking as the "well stocked" kitchen was a bit lean for what I would call well stocked. Overall excellent rental.

Great view
Overall it was fine. Can’t beat the view once you’re out on the balcony. The sliding doors need a good cleaning. They were covered with smashed bugs. There’s no screen in the master and the blanket is pretty but much too heavy for July. It was good that there was a lighter blanket in the closet. The best part is that where the condo is located, there are no high dunes obstructing your view. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Mattress was comfortable. Master bath needs updating. Pools are nice. That’s it. We left an umbrella and two beach chairs for the next guests. Have fun!

Wonderful and beautiful
The ONLY issue we had during our stay was an AC issue. No fault of the owners or managers, it just broke. The unit was fixed VERY quickly, and the owners were super polite and concerned for our comfort. Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful beach with easy access. 10/10 would stay here again. All the neighbors (some full timers) were all polite and pleasant to be around.

Great Beachfront Rental
This rental looked exactly like the pictures, with an exceptional view of the ocean which was exactly what we wanted. The unit came with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Check in and communication with Amy went well, she did an outstanding job of communicating both the check in as well as checkout process. The location was good too for the places we needed to go to. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us
My family has vacationed at Nags Head for nearly 70 years. We always stayed at the iconic Jeannette’s Cottages in the early years. This time, I brought my 88 year old mom and met up with cousins that were in OBX also that we hadn’t seen in years. We made a lot of great memories. The condo was perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay for 2 couples. Right on the beach with balcony view of the beach and ocean. Conveniently located Close to stores, shopping and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating with earlier check in.

Great little condo
We were very happy with the property. The unit was better than we expected to be honest. The balcony size was a surprise, being fairly large for a condo of this type. Overall, great stay and we'll be back.

Not to be shared please…we were overall pleased with the condo. Generally clean, but more attention needs paid to room baseboard and floors where they meet. Also, would have preferred fitted bottom sheets on twin beds.

Anniversary get away
This is a great location and property. It is not large and perfect for 2 to 4 people. The living spaces are comfortable and nicely decorated but the bathrooms and kitchen are dated. So, if you are persnickety, this is not the place for you. We loved the porch (although it would have been nice to have 2 bar chairs for the table - there was only one) so we could eat together out there. Having the elevator was a factor in our opting for a condo on the 3rd floor so we could see over the dunes. The complex also had carts available to bring groceries and bags up. We did notice that the railing just off of the elevator was very loose. This was quite concerning since it is 3 floors up and should be tended to. Although linens were provided they were well worn and there was no mattress pad cover on the queen bed. The master bath jacuzzi jets didn't look very clean so we did not use it. And the corners of the bathroom floor and molding could have been better scrubbed. Theses points contributed to the okay rating for cleanliness. There were no dish rags or dish towels so bring your own. I purchased some at a local discount store. The pools were wonderful to come in off the beach and be able to swim/float and chat with other renters. It was not crowded either at the beach or the pool. We would stay here again. The location, beach access and condo itself were overall very suitable for our needs and provided us an affordable and delightful stay to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks!

Nice vacation
We enjoyed our time here. My only complaints would be that the cleaner doesn’t really deep clean the condo. It looks clean but if you look around, you can tell they just do the bare minimum. And the sliding doors don’t lock, they did provide wooden rods to secure them but as a parent of a wild 3 year old I would have felt much better with actual locking doors. All that said, we did really like our time here. The condo is cute and was the perfect size for our group. Could use a little updating but nothing that hindered our vacation.

Only negative was both screen doors were not the right size and would not close properly. This should be fixed ASAP so bugs don’t come in

TY, Kendal and the property managers for an amazing stay. 1st time to OBX and we loved it. Right on the beach. Clean. Spacious kitchen area to walk in with beach stuff. Everything present we needed. Huge balcony. Quiet property. Felt safe and peaceful. Perfect rental for us.

Pier View Vacation
The view was amazing and it was very accessible to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated. The only negative was that the refrigerator made a loud rumbling noise. The noise was intermittent ; however, it lasted as long as 3 hours. Also, some of the lights did not work and we were told that this is an electrical problem. We loved the location.
