Summary:
Welcome to PierView, Unit 306! A Direct Oceanfront condo in the beautiful town of Nags Head, North Carolina! Enjoy direct ocean views from this well-appointed two bedroom, two bath condo.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size and twin-size bed in the second bedroom. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a fourth-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

The unit is conveniently located within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. We’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

This is a third floor unit. The elevator did not work all week. Property manager did arrange for our luggage to be carried to and from our room. I would never have rented unit without an elevator. I should be refunded some money

Great Condo
Had a great time here. Condo was in an excellent location and had a lovely view. Great setup for two couples. Pool wasn't mentioned in the listing, but it does have one (two actually but the other is quite dinky). Pack a bit of extra kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking as the "well stocked" kitchen was a bit lean for what I would call well stocked. Overall excellent rental.

Great view
Overall it was fine. Can’t beat the view once you’re out on the balcony. The sliding doors need a good cleaning. They were covered with smashed bugs. There’s no screen in the master and the blanket is pretty but much too heavy for July. It was good that there was a lighter blanket in the closet. The best part is that where the condo is located, there are no high dunes obstructing your view. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Mattress was comfortable. Master bath needs updating. Pools are nice. That’s it. We left an umbrella and two beach chairs for the next guests. Have fun!

Wonderful and beautiful
The ONLY issue we had during our stay was an AC issue. No fault of the owners or managers, it just broke. The unit was fixed VERY quickly, and the owners were super polite and concerned for our comfort. Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful beach with easy access. 10/10 would stay here again. All the neighbors (some full timers) were all polite and pleasant to be around.

Great Beachfront Rental
This rental looked exactly like the pictures, with an exceptional view of the ocean which was exactly what we wanted. The unit came with everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Check in and communication with Amy went well, she did an outstanding job of communicating both the check in as well as checkout process. The location was good too for the places we needed to go to. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us
My family has vacationed at Nags Head for nearly 70 years. We always stayed at the iconic Jeannette’s Cottages in the early years. This time, I brought my 88 year old mom and met up with cousins that were in OBX also that we hadn’t seen in years. We made a lot of great memories. The condo was perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay for 2 couples. Right on the beach with balcony view of the beach and ocean. Conveniently located Close to stores, shopping and attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating with earlier check in.

Great little condo
We were very happy with the property. The unit was better than we expected to be honest. The balcony size was a surprise, being fairly large for a condo of this type. Overall, great stay and we'll be back.

Not to be shared please…we were overall pleased with the condo. Generally clean, but more attention needs paid to room baseboard and floors where they meet. Also, would have preferred fitted bottom sheets on twin beds.

Anniversary get away
This is a great location and property. It is not large and perfect for 2 to 4 people. The living spaces are comfortable and nicely decorated but the bathrooms and kitchen are dated. So, if you are persnickety, this is not the place for you. We loved the porch (although it would have been nice to have 2 bar chairs for the table - there was only one) so we could eat together out there. Having the elevator was a factor in our opting for a condo on the 3rd floor so we could see over the dunes. The complex also had carts available to bring groceries and bags up. We did notice that the railing just off of the elevator was very loose. This was quite concerning since it is 3 floors up and should be tended to. Although linens were provided they were well worn and there was no mattress pad cover on the queen bed. The master bath jacuzzi jets didn't look very clean so we did not use it. And the corners of the bathroom floor and molding could have been better scrubbed. Theses points contributed to the okay rating for cleanliness. There were no dish rags or dish towels so bring your own. I purchased some at a local discount store. The pools were wonderful to come in off the beach and be able to swim/float and chat with other renters. It was not crowded either at the beach or the pool. We would stay here again. The location, beach access and condo itself were overall very suitable for our needs and provided us an affordable and delightful stay to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks!

Nice vacation
We enjoyed our time here. My only complaints would be that the cleaner doesn’t really deep clean the condo. It looks clean but if you look around, you can tell they just do the bare minimum. And the sliding doors don’t lock, they did provide wooden rods to secure them but as a parent of a wild 3 year old I would have felt much better with actual locking doors. All that said, we did really like our time here. The condo is cute and was the perfect size for our group. Could use a little updating but nothing that hindered our vacation.

Loved the location & views from the balcony! Bathrooms & kitchen were a little outdated but served their purpose. We enjoyed having a washer & dryer in our unit, that’s a plus. Only negative was both screen doors were not the right size and would not close properly. This should be fixed ASAP so bugs don’t come in

TY, Kendal and the property managers for an amazing stay. 1st time to OBX and we loved it. Right on the beach. Clean. Spacious kitchen area to walk in with beach stuff. Everything present we needed. Huge balcony. Quiet property. Felt safe and peaceful. Perfect rental for us.

The view was amazing and it was very accessible to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated. The only negative was that the refrigerator made a loud rumbling noise. The noise was intermittent ; however, it lasted as long as 3 hours. Also, some of the lights did not work and we were told that this is an electrical problem. We loved the location.

Week at 306
It was definitely average. We have stayed at several other condos on the property and this was definitely probably the cleanest. There were a few things that could stand improvement, sliding door in living room was almost impossible to open and close, neither doorway has screens, cooking pans definitely need replacing, light bulbs were either out or needed to be higher amps. The temperature was easy to control which we really appreciated, deck furniture was very nice. No Hangers in closets.

A most wonderful and relaxing anniversary.
My husband and I have not been on vacation since 2017. This weekend we celebrated 33 yrs of marriage and we wanted to celebrate at the ocean. We were not disappointed! The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The view off the balcony was mesmerizing and very welcoming. Every night we kept the sliders open and was lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to acquire peace, rest, be on the ocean and have a nice clean place to stay. We are grateful!

Disappointing
Property was clean but in need of serious repairs large gap at bottom of front door letting cold air and bugs in. Glass door in living room would not open. Bedskirt in master covered in stains. Washing machine gasket covered in black mold. Unit needs painting certainly not the quality of rental we are used to

Filthy floors - great ocean view
Unfortunately this unit was not like the photos! Only 1 captain chair on the balcony - floors in kitchen & bathrooms are supposed to be tan/taupe they are black! Huge gap under front entrance door and balcony sliding glass off the living area will not slide open without pulling from the bottom and rocking it back and forth. So very sad because the views from the large balcony are fantastic ! If this unit had a deep cleaning and a few other items that need attention replaced/repaired we would give it 5 stars!

This condo is has everything you need very comfortably furnished and fully equipped kitchen if cooking is your thing. If not perfect location for restaurants driving or walking. We certainly will rent this condo again.
