Full Bath on lower level. Professionally decorated home with 400 lb. capacity outside automatic lift for moving luggage, groceries, etc. to all levels, pool, hot tub, fenced in back yard for playing and pets, automatic sprinkler system and professional landscaping. Entry level has rec room with foosball, two pinball machines ("The Simpsons" and retro "Tri-Zone"), wet bar, mini fridge, TV w/DVD, access to pool, hot tub and outside shower. Middle level has 3 bedrooms, 1Q w/full private bath, 1Q and 2 Singles w/full bath, washer/dryer, two roll-away beds, decks front and back of house, hammock on back deck, deck furniture on all levels. Top level has Master Bedroom w/private bath, kitchen with granite countertops, full island with stools and service for 4, connects to spacious dining area w/dry bar, and great room with gas fireplace, built-in TV w/DVD, extensive DVD movie library, game closet. Spectacular ocean views from top front deck. iDesign Tower Stereos for iPhone/iPod/Android devices on lower and top levels. Cable TV. WiFi. 4 Beach bikes. Charcoal grill on pool deck. Expanded pool deck. TWO 80 gallon hot water heaters (hot showers for all).

Located in the Gallery Row Arts District. (Lots of nearby art galleries).
Dowdy Park is a block away, a new, kid-friendly local park with lots to do, including an extensive kids' play area, with the latest in playground equipment, a raingarden, pickle ball court and basketball court for kids and adults, restrooms, tables and grills.

Security deposit $500, (required), cleaning and linen service $220 (required), swimming pool may be heated for $230 plus tax. If booked,1/2 of payment due upon contract signing, balance of contract sum and security deposit due 40+ days prior to check-in. Security deposit cleared at end of stay if as expected there is no loss or damage. In Season -- Check-in Saturday at 4:00 p.m., Check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Out of Season -- Check-in and Check-out days are flexible.

Location was wonderful. Very short walk to beach access. Location was key with young children.
House was very roomy with 4 children and 5 adults. Many games available and dvds. Having a bathroom accessible from pool area was very convenient. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Kept us informed when to expect services for pool, hot tub, etc.

A great time we had , normally a 4x4 vacationer , but had a change and enjoyed staying in Nagshead. Home was great pool was nice and warm paid to have additional heat . And had fun playing pinball . A very nice kitchen and new furniture in living room was very nice . We enjoyed our stay very much . A must rent

Another Great Stay
This was our second winter holiday stay at Yada Yada Yada. We enjoyed it all over again. Roomy, clean, comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. Positive and detailed communication with the property owner. Looks just like the pictures. An easy walk to the beach, a quick drive to stores, and Jockey's Ridge is very close as well. A great little park around the corner where we taught one of the kids to ride a bike. The bikes, pinball machines, games, and hot tub are all a plus and were greatly enjoyed. Good beds. Also great to be able to bring the dogs. We hope to return for a third trip! Highly recommend!

Our family group of nine really enjoyed the house and vacation.Easy access to the beach with the public access along with an active lifeguard station was great.Close access to activities and restaurants was good.Overall a very pleasant experience was had.

Location, Location, Location
Yada Yada Yada provides us with everything we needed for a great beach getaway! The close proximity to the park and beach was a huge plus. Tortuga Lies which is a block away has the best fish tacos in town as well. We had some minor inconveniences like the blender and ice machine not working...but that's life. We hope stay here again in the future!

Location Location Location
This was a great place to stay and very central to so much! We had plenty of room and the place comes equipped with everything. There is a pool with plenty of chairs, hot tub, 4 nice bikes, pinball machines and a foosball table. The yard outback was a bonus, because we had a dog which makes for a great place to let them out. You are within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful park. We will be back!

Awesome House
This house was just as spacious, neat, clean, lovely, & accommodating as it is in pictures. And the fenced in yard for pets was wonderful & much appreciated! Loved having a private pool, too. A/c worked great, even on top floor. All rooms were spacious & cozy. Host was very nice & responsive to questions. You can tell that they want their guests to have a great stay. No negatives whatsoever - we would definitely go back!

Perfect OBX beach location
My family, including the dog, stayed a week at the house. We had a wide range of ages. Everything looked like the pictures. The house was clean and well stocked with pans, utensils, storage containers,....The pantry cabinet was great- food storage is always a challenge with a lot of people. The separate yard was great for the dog. The pinball machines were fun (addictive) and enjoyed by almost everyone and the kids enjoyed the video games. The pool was nice and the house is in a great location- a block from the beach, close to shops, coffee, and things to do. We had several rainy days and visited the Aquarium, saw the Lost Colony, and went to the movies. We visit OBX regularly but I have not stayed in the Nags Head area in a while and will definitely be back. Sidney and the care taker were quick to respond about minor issues or questions. The only suggestions I have is maybe some guidance listed for the TV remotes for people like us who do not have a similar setup. We did get it figured out.... Also, the couches are starting to become a bit uncomfortable.

Simply the Best!
Very clean, plenty of space, super close to the beach and walking distance to alot. Had everything we would need! The dogs and family loved the backyard and hanging out on all the porches! The owners are very easy to get in touch with and super friendly. This was our second time staying here and we would absolutely come back again!

Great Place. Highly Recommend
Enjoyed our stay . The house is very nice. Multiple areas if you wanted alone time. Kitchen is well equipped. My husband and grandchildren loved the pinball Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Floating rafts was a plus with the kids. Location is excellent. Short walk to the beach, park pier, restaurants and shops.

Clean, well-furnished, and close to beach!
We were 2 families of toddlers and an infant, and we had a really good time here! The bedrooms are good sizes, the bathrooms and kitchen and fridge were clean, and it was nice to have multiple bathrooms on every floor. The house is only a few minutes away from the beach (1 block). We used the heated pool and hot tub a couple times bc when we went the ocean water was too cold (April). There were a couple of nearby food places (pizza takeout, seafood/caribbean restaurant and bar, ice cream place) and a really nice playground, which was perfect for our families. There were only a couple of things I wished were better: the baby screen/gate on top of the third floor was hard to pull out so we were not able to use it, the porch/balcony doors were tough to open, the third floor deck was nice but had splinters and some nails starting to poke out so I didn’t let the kids play there too much, and lastly the bath towels all had a musty smell like they were damp for a tad too long.

A fabulous micro adventure
My young adult daughters and I had very little availability or notice. Sydney was so warm an accommodating. Our entire trip had hiccups between weather and schedules but stepping in the house we got the escape we hoped for. We soaked in the hot tub and giggled A Lot!!! A great experience 🎉

Best of the Best
I've stayed all over the OBX and this is one of my favorite cottages. Every guest we had said it was one of their favorites too. The dog run in the back is definitely few and far between in the OBX. The rooms are all nice. The Pin Ball is a favorite of ours. There were so many extras too, from books to games and DVD's. Definitely coming back!

Short get away
We stayed for a partial week for a short stay. The house is in a quiet location, yet close to restaurants and shopping. Hot tub was great as we were there off season and not hot enough to use the pool. Short walk to the beach was very convenient. The home is very comfortable. Enjoyed morning sunrises and coffee on the deck. Sidney was great and easy to communicate with, and very hospitable. It was a wonderful place for our family to relax and recharge.

Great Winter Retreat in the OBX
Our long weekend stay at Yada Yada Yada was just what we needed to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday and my 20th wedding anniversary. The weather cooperated with sunny and clear skies reaching into the low 50's. I'll take it for January in North Carolina! The house was perfect size for two adults, five kids and a dog. We loved all the decks from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen is nicely arranged for feeding the kids throughout the day and night. The living area was also large enough for everyone to flop around and watch movies. The best part of the house if you asked the kids would have to be the game room and the hot tub. They played foosball, pinball and loved soaking in the hot tub on a cold winter night. I would agree the game room was fun and the hot tub was relaxing. I also used the decks a lot to relax and read. When we were not at the house, we were on the beach which is a very short walk. In addition, we went on bike rides to nearby coffee shops, drove over to Duck for a nice afternoon and covered plenty of shopping and dining out. The kids favorite lunch spot when we are in the OBX is Mama Kwan's and for our anniversary dinner the wife and I did Steamers in Southern Shores. Don't feel like driving? I walked over a couple of times to Tortuga's Lie just a few blocks from the house. Overall, a great four-day escape for relaxing and celebrating. Hats off to Sidney for keeping such a nice beach house.
