First Light: PierView Oceanfront Condo, Contemporary Vibes & Stunning Views

Summary:
Welcome to First Light – relaxation awaits!

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an easy drive of many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to beautiful sunrises from your porch with unobstructed views of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are provided by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills in the common area, and a children’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

There is one elevator on the property; however, this unit is not handicap accessible. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs in case of mechanical failure or in the event of an emergency. This unit is located on a third-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as committed to your experience as we are.

Great location!
The location is spot on! Sitting on the deck watching the waves was surreal! The master bedroom, living room, and dining were decorated great! The 2nd bedroom lacked a comfy vibe but is ok for kids. The cleaning of the property was ok. It needed a thorough clean. Seemed as though the high spots had been the focus of the cleaning crew.

We came for our summer vacation. The condo was great. It was close to restaurants, shops, and groceries. It had all the necessities for a great vacation. It was the perfect spot and the ocean front was awesome!

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything inside was redone and new and modernized. The location was amazing. We were on the second floor, so there was a direct view to the ocean with no dune blocking you. At night I slept with the door open with the screen shut, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. It was total bliss. Love the unit and every single thing about it and would love to stay here again! Love the Nags Head area and being so close to the Jeanette’s Pier.

We absolutely adored every second at First light. It's beautifully renovated and decorated. Bed was super company. The VIEW of the ocean can't be beat. It was a real treat to have the elevator to help get our things upstairs. Our new go-to place when we want to stay on the OBX!

Wonderful vacation
We love this property. The units are so well maintained and comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and the restaurants. The swimming pools are a great alternative to the ocean. We have stayed here two years in a row in different units and had a great experience in each. Pier View is definitely on our favorites list.

Awesome Condo
I loved this condo! It was beautiful & had everything you could need. One thing I really appreciated was having a wagon there to use. Being by myself, it was very helpful. Beachfront rental
The unit was clean and comfortable. Check in is simple and the host got in touch with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Love the location and balcony. We saw some amazing sunrises and dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. This is our second trip to Pierview. Thanks for the complimentary Duck Donut coupon. We had a wonderful time in the OBX. Hope to return one day.

Fun Loooong Weekend
This condo has everything needed for a great beach stay. The ocean view is excellent - sun or storm. I enjoyed both sitting on the beach as well as listening to the wild roaring waves during the Easter rain and wind storm. I will return to this property.

Enjoyable View
While the buildings exterior is dated the unit is very well maintained with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and looking out through the sliding glass doors. Always something to see even in the colder months.

Perfect location
Watch the waves roll in from the extra large balcony any time of the year. Mother-daughter time , walked the beach and shopped til we dropped! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the balcony.
