"We reached out to the host around 5pm on the day we were to arrive (I received a confirmation email of my booking) to get info on how to get into the house and we were told the house was double booked and they were sorry but we didn’t have a place to stay. So we were there needing a place to stay with nothing. Extremely disappointed!! Second time this has happened with VRBO!! Horrible situation for anyone! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"Booked the loft for myself and my two small children as we came to Nac to see my oldest. The house was pristine and spotless upon arrival. Directions for check in were clear and concise. Had a question for property owners and my call was returned within the minute. Had supplies for home cooked meals. Was close to EVERYTHING.I hope to be back soon!"

"When we first arrived at 4pm, one hour after check-in, the room was not cleaned. I had to call the host and Vrbo to get them to send out a cleaner. The cleaning lady was so sweet and she did a great job, even though we didn't get into the room until 6pm. The host admitted that they overlooked there were 2 separate bookings for the one weekend, which would need to be cleaned in between. "I just loved the container home and the bed was so comfortable. But the best part was at night with the lights off the absolute beauty of starts though the treetops. That was closely matched by coffee on the porch early the next morning. Preston was great to work with and very friendly. I will definitely be back when we visit, with plans to rent all three for a family trip."
