"Nice gated place. Two apartments below, two above. We didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. Really close to the beach but you need to follow forest paths to get there faster. Lots of monkeys and iguanas around. Playa Hermosa is a much quieter beach town than many others, and we like it that way. The bigger hotel Villa de Sueno on the corner has good (though overpriced) food and music several nights a week. "

"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"We stayed for 4 days with a group of 13. It worked out really great. There is plenty of space, bathrooms, activities and the kitchen was great for food/drinks. Plus the washer/dryer and towels/linens provided was an added bonus. Any time I had a question the manager off property and on were extremely attentive and helpful.The area is extremely accessible for anything you may want or need. You will not be disappointed by choosing to stay. "

"Having a basically private pool for our toddler to play right outside the doorstep made this leg of our trip unbelievably wonderful. The condo is in a great location, there are lots of lovely neighbours, the best grocery store we found on our whole vacation was just up the street, and the walk down to the beach was always fun and entertaining. The condo itself is pretty simple and minimal—which is what we were expecting, thankfully."

"Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge.
