The towel package was stingy, at another europarc in velsun suid we received two bath towels plus hand towel for same price as your one bath towel and one hand towel. Also at that previous stay, bicycles were rented by the day, not 5 days at a time, which would be fairer to allow all to have access; some sat in storage shed unmoved for two days, wasted use."

Flugzeug überfliegen den Park 5minütlich von ca. 6Uhr bis 24Uhr. Strände sind mit Fahrrad oder Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal wieder zu kommen."

I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel...

"Wir hätten eine nicht geputzte verdreckte Unterkunft. Niemand sah sich in der Lage und zu helfen mit einer Ausweichunterkunft oder Hotel für eine Nacht. Nach 6 Stunden Anreise blieb uns nur die Abreise für 6 Stunden anstatt einer Woche Urlaub. ... Bisher auch noch keine Reaktion auf E-Mails und Telefonate."

"Os quartos são bons arejados espaçosos e confortáveis cada um com banheiro. cozinha com todos utensílios necessários apenas faltou detergente para lavar loucas. Mas quanto ao serviço de quarto deixou muito a desejar sendo que por dois dias não foi limpo apesar de minha solicitação. "

"Fantástica estadia. Aparthotel espaçoso, boa cozinha, banheiro amplo. Tudo funcionando. Cama boa. Próximo a estação de metrô. A 1 estação da Amsterdam Centraal. E acesso direto por metrô a partir do aeroporto CDG. Tem um mercado perto também."

Compacto e limpo

"Quarto pequeno e tecnológico. No iPad do quarto você pode montar várias cenas de iluminação colorida. A persiana fecha automaticamente quando apaga as luzes. Quarto extremamente limpo. Possui kit banho agradável. Não tem funcionários para fazer checking e checkout, fazemos tudo pelo sistema. A decoração é com peças de design que estão a venda no lobby. O quarto não possui frigobar. Possui escada na frente do hotel."
