"Dave and Wendy were excellent communicators regarding the check-in and check-out process. The VRBO had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and escaping from the hustle and bustle of life. It was very convenient to get to Volcanoes National Park and Kona from their location. We loved using the French press coffee maker, enjoying the beautiful backyard view, and being surrounded by the sounds of nature. Stargazing in the backyard was one of our favorite memories at the place! 10/10...

"This property was very clean and well-stocked with many items to make our stay very comfortable. The views are beautiful and we did enjoy a round of golf. It’s not in great shape, but the reviews are stunning! We really enjoyed the outdoor living part of this home. The pool was wonderful to have; however, the listing stated it was heated, but should be clarified to say “solar heated”. We would definitely come back to stay at this property again!"

"Ivy's home is beautiful and very private! It was rooming and perfect for our family of 7. Everything is new and extremely clean, organized, with all the needed amenities and more. There is an ocean view private golf course in walking distance that will give guests passes and also has a clubhouse for meals, drinks, music, which we took advantage of. "We came to Naalehu to visit family. We stayed at the home which worked out fabulous. The house was perfect. It is very open and the lot is like a giant lush green park. The kids had a blast while the adults hung out in the front area bbq’n. We would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location for 2 people visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Staying this close made it easy to get to the park to see the latest eruption. The garden on site is beautiful. Some other reviews complained about not having hot water, the host clearly states it takes a while, so just give it time. And yes we saw a spider, took two seconds to remedy that. It's in the middle of a rainforest which is beautiful, but if you want to be in nature, you might just see nature. So don't let those...

"This is our second time staying here. The yurts are lovely, comfortable and well equipped. The central skylight shows dazzling stars at night. "This was our first time vacationing on The Big Island after many years of visiting Oahu, Kauai and Maui. This island and THIS HOUSE were worth the wait!!! We have absolutely loved our stay enjoying the amazing view, pool, deck, house and VIBES. Dan was a wonderful host, great communication. "What a wonderful place to stay! The property was so clean and the area was quiet . The views from the deck were superb and it made leaving the house for the day very hard! To swim it’s definitely challenging to enter and exit water but worth the effort ! My parents (75) were not able to get in as the terrain to enter and exit was too treacherous . "The house has a great layout that was comfortable for 6. The views are wonderful, especially the view of the ocean from the deck. It was a very short walk to a quiet little beach which we liked much better than the big-named beaches. The place was easy to keep clean with an outside shower for rinsing off. It’s a bait of a drive for groceries or restaurants, so plan ahead. But the neighborhood is really pretty and this house is beautiful. All around we had a fabulous week. "
