Loved this home

The house is beautiful, in a really peaceful neighborhood. WDuring our stay, we saw bunnies all over the yard and a deer walking down the road. This was perfect for the quiet little getaway I needed.

Cozy & secluded

The property was nice, cozy and secluded. The only thing I would suggest adding would be driveway lighting since the area is secluded. My brother lives in Greenville and even he got lost looking for the house. The house was very clean and well kept. The host Sarah was the best host I’ve ever dealt with. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor made it worth my while. I’m not familiar with the area but she left a binder in the house with local restaurants just in case you decided to dine out. I called her the morning of my niece’s graduation and she actually answered! There are so many good things I could say about this house but to sum it up it’s worth your while to book if you are looking for views and seclusion. Thank you Sarah for being so welcoming.

The property was perfect for our needs. Well stocked with seasonings and other kitchen supplies. It was also very clean with all towels and linens supplied.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was provided that we needed, and store was only 10 minutes away. Property manager was very responsive and checked in to make sure there wasn’t any issues! We came to watch our daughter play college softball and we would definitely stay again if she has more games in the area.

East TN adventure!

We had a lovely time. The house was perfect for the three of us and two dogs. We cooked in the kitchen, had a fire outside, took a long bath and soaked up the quiet and beautiful scenery. To top it off we saw The Band Perry!!!

Peaceful stay

Enjoyed our stay in Midway. Very quiet and clean. Kitchen is well stocked, I can’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Thoughtful and responsive host - will stay again next time we’re in the area!

Another great stay

This was my second stay at this property. Great both times. The property manager was awesome and was available in case we had any issues but we didn’t have any. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Moving from Montana

We moved to TN from MT and were looking at properties in Eastern TN. We needed something that we could save a little money while looking for a home. The washer and dryer was amazing to have along with the kitchen. My boys had a blast and the movies and board games were a plus. Sarah was so accommodating on extending our stay.

Great rural escape

I booked this to stay with my wife, infant, and dog while looking at properties in the Greeneville, Jonesborough, Johnson City area. Location is a little tucked away but very quiet and serene. It was easy to find and all check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. With 2 bedrooms we had plenty of room and more than enough space for a dog crate, pack n play, etc. We made use of the kitchen and grill and the front porch was nice for the morning cup of coffee, watching rabbits run around in the yard. Sara the host was quick to answer any questions.

Great place to relax!

We enjoyed staying there with our two dogs while checking out the area for future move. The house was clean and comfortable, the yard was really enjoyed by our dogs. And sitting on the porch watching the fireflies was awesome. Thank you again!

Quiet Getaway

House is very clean. Sarah the host is very easy to communicate with and if you need anything she is readily available. House is perfect size for 4 people. Dog loved playing fetch in the front yard running up and down the hills. Front porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee.

The house was beautiful, and just what we needed for a weekend graduation. It was clean and well stocked only issue is it smelled like animal pee heavily on the left side of the house. The beds were also uncomfortable and hard as a rock

Quick getaway with on point movie selection!

Sarah was very kind and helpful with Great communication. Very clean!! Was wonderful having anything we’d need handy. Would recommend future guest trying to arrive during the day light just to make it easier to see. Mattresses a touch to firm for my backs liking but overall a great experience!
