"We visited to celebrate a birthday. The space was perfect for the 4 of us. The location was great as well, walking distance to downtown. We all enjoyed ourselves and loved the decor and snacks left by the host. They even left a birthday present for our friend! We will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay. The house in beautiful and very clean. Beds are all comfy and bedding top notch! Owners were very pleasant to text with and responsive. The location is great. Only issue may be with some who go to bed early as the bar next door is a little noisy up until midnight. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"We stayed here as it was close to our daughters cheer Comp and it happened to be my husbands birthday weekend so we wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub! The view of the lake, the fire pit, the spacious downstairs to watch tv and play family games! Very easy check in. Would recommend, we’d like to come back when weather is warmer to enjoy the lake "

"So cozy, like home. Easy walking to downtown! The owners are wonderful! "

"The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the beach pass, as we drove ~3 min to the beautiful water in the morning. The amenities were absolutely gorgeous and beyond functional. Plenty of bathrooms, showers, sinks, sitting areas, etc. for our party. We had a wonderful stay!"

"This home was as advertised. Modern updates to an 1850s home right in the heart of downtown Mystic. Walking distance to everything Mystic has to offer. So glad we found this gem. Gerard was easy to communicate with and very accomidating. Great find! "

"My family and friends stayed for two nights. The house was super clean, well appointed, close to the main strip, and communicating with the property manager was super easy. The street was quiet and being able to have your doggo with you made this spot pretty perfect. Would love to visit again!"

"Booked the 1 Bedroom Schoolhouse because it was just me and my Fiancee this trip. So cute and incredibly clean and appointed. Centrally located to enjoy all the shops and restaurants and across the water you can see the Mystic Seaport Museum. The Owner, Gerard, is a great communicator and more importantly a really nice guy. I have had the pleasure of staying at 2 other Great Gull Island properties for family gatherings and they are all great!"

"We gathered with extended family for a few nights in October. Cousins, second cousins, aunts, uncles, and a 95-year old great grandmother came together here for a few nights while attending a nearby wedding. This house (really two adjoining townhomes) had it all. Beautifully appointed. Plenty of space (for people AND cars--we had six). Kid and pet friendly (gates for the stairs, high chairs and pack-n-plays, step stools in the bathrooms so kids can reach the faucets). It was amazing. Things I am...

"Beautiful place with fabulous views. We rented for a family funeral. Had more than enough space to host a get together for family (about 25 people). Hosts were flexible about giving us an extra hour to get packed up. "

"Young man who checked us in was great! Overall stay was very nice, dinner at Tuscany excellent, but was little annoying to have million kids running around. Didn't know there would be a gymnastics competition going on. Not right venue for kids' event. Might be helpful in the Winter garage to put signs up at the elevators telling people casino entrance on 1st floor. Some casino entrances are on other floors."

"The hotel itself is nice, but my room was not cleaned, only after I complained at the front desk. One day I complained after 5 pm, and it got cleaned, but very poorly. The next day I complained again, but this time no one came. Terrible service, especially for a Marriott."
