This comfortable beach house in Ocean Lakes has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths.. This house sleeps 7 and has a porch for outside dining and relaxation! The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation and there is a gas grill on the deck. There is a golf cart available for rent separate from the house to ride to the beach and explore Ocean Lakes amenities.

Terry and Zane manage the Comfy Cottage. We live near by and are available before and during your stay to assist.!

Cute house!
Cute little house, perfect size for my family of four with room for more! Good location, street isn’t too busy so my kids could ride their bikes infront of the house!

Great place..
Nice place to stay... The rooms was a little small. The air conditioners worked great but loud. And the living room TV was very aggravating cause the Internet didn't work for one whole day.. But all in all we had a great time and the place was cozy and clean.. We would stay again.

Vacation to visit relatives in Anynor
We have family in Anynor, SC and this cottage was the perfect location for us to head there to see our neiçe. We went to Brentwood Gardens which was the highlight of the trip. The residents and visitors in the area are very kind. The property manager does an excellent job returning text/calls.

We loved our stay. The home is small but your really only there while your eating, showering and sleeping. Very clean. All in all it was great for our family.

Nice quiet location
We love Ocean Lakes…especially during October! We usually camp but opted to stay in a house this time because we had a few extra people with us than normal. Plenty of parking here for cars and carts. The house is small but well equipped and pretty clean. We did have a little bug issue but the property manager responded immediately and handled it. Communication is great. Overall, we had a great time!

The property is great for a stay at Ocean Lakes Resort
The property is very nice compared to other beach cottages. Beach cottages are known for being more quaint, but this house makes very good use of the space. There were no dressers but plenty of space to store items. The bathrooms were good-sized, clean, and modern. Having a washer and dryer was helpful for a week-long stay. The kitchen and dining area were large and modern for the house. It is nice having a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave. Dinners were easy to prepare. The bedrooms are smaller, but this is to be expected in this type of house. We only slept in bedrooms and spent most of the time exploring everything that Ocean Lakes offers. The house is in Ocean Lakes which offers a ton of family activities including a beach, waterpark, pools, arcade, and much more. You don't have to leave the property once you arrive. The property is quite large, so I would recommend renting a golf cart for your stay.

Great place and in a good area
The rental property managers we communicated with were amazing. Always answered and very accommodating. Cleanliness of property was less than none. Needs a total overhaul. Baseboards, floors, mattress covers were dirty. The comforters aren’t being washed and rugs are dirty. We did clean as much as possible, way better than the cleaning people that come in between renters. Porch cushions need replaced We we’re happy with our stay but will chose another rental in the future.

Summer vacation
First off I would like to say the place was very nice. Clean and the inside was very nice. I only had two issues. We rented the golf cart from the house and it constantly died on us. Even tho we charged it constantly. Every time we came back to the house we charged it. If you do the golf cart parade like our kids love too it will die in the middle of the parade. Second the window ac units ,which do not bother me, but they never shut off. Even if you leave them on the hottest settings and leave for a couple of hours. When you get back they are still running.

Family Vacation
Place is nice. Hot in 2nd bedroom air unit not cooling. Found trash dirty shorts under bed. No wifi whole week. No tv and construction next door woke everyone up at 800am. Not what we all waited fir. No compensation for a crappy vacation.

Cute house
The house is small but the owners have done an amazing job using every inch of the home. Decorations were perfect. Loved the kitchen and had everything I needed to cook a thanksgiving dinner at the beach. Only issue was the dryer is going out and making a loud noise but I’m sure as detailed as the owners have been in the house that will be fixed very quickly. Would definitely stay again

Somewhat disappointed
The house was nice but a bit small. There wasn't anywhere to store clothes or suitcases. I was not prepared to live out of a suitcase for a week. Also, the unit did not have central HVAC system. I came back with a sinus infection due to the window AC units blowing on me throughout the night. Priced to high!

Our beach vacation at Ocean Lakes
We had a great vacation and made due with the small size of the house with no closets. The owner did put every space in the house to use when it was remodeled. He did add some hooks on the bedroom walls and behind the doors to hang things. Zane and his wife always answered any questions and was able to accommodate with any issues in which there was only a small problem that occurred with the intranet, but that was handled quickly. The house was very clean and had a nice smell when we went in. Everything worked well and we were very happy staying there. We rented the owners golf cart at a lower rate than the carts from OL and again we were very happy. Zane met us there and the early registration from OL was great. We had all of our passes to enter and go straight to the beach house. I would suggest this place for a family with children. There was not a lot of traffic on the road and it did seem to be less used for just through traffic. Thanks, The Bolden’s

Fun time
The house was as listed. Very beautiful set up. Location was perfect close to exit and far enough away from any crowded streets. We opted to rent the golf cart from them it was well kept. We did find trash and dirty clothes beside 1 of the beds but I have 6 children so that wasn't a big deal. There's also a camera set up outside which made me a little uncomfortable bit on the other hand I can understand then keeping an eye when it is not rented. Overall would definitely stay here again
