This spacious condo is perfect for families, business travelers, and couples with a fully equipped kitchen & being fully furnished with all the extras travelers will appreciate. The Space:
Wake up from a fantastic night's sleep and meet the sunrise over the gorgeous Atlantic ocean just steps away from this lovely renovated ocean view home away from home. The inviting beach decor will make you want to stay forever.
Cook up a yummy breakfast in the large kitchen of this comfy beach condo that provides ample space for the whole family to help. While the kids have their breakfasts, you can head to the large balcony to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee.
Later, head out so the kids can play in one of the 4 outdoor pools, including one that is beach front, while you lounge nearby, take a ride on the 375 foot lazy river while the kids splash around the wet deck, or head to the beach to make a family sandcastle on the wide, uncrowded beach while you watch the waves. Myrtle Beach Resort features nearly 700 feet of white sandy beach for you to enjoy! There are also 2 indoor pools and three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzis for you to relax away a rainy day OR if you need a little more competition, Myrtle Beach Resort offers two of the Grand Strand's finest lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, billiards tables, bocce courts, and more! Head out to a great nearby restaurant for dinner or grab a bite at one of the on-site restaurants. The Quarterdeck, located on site, has delicious food, great drinks, and karaoke on the beach! You really never have to leave the resort if you don’t want to.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early or Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, the arrival and departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. Parking passes must be returned to the unit prior to checkout to avoid a $25 replacement fee.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at this location.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 5 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The condo is your exclusive home away from home. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Such a fantastic location between Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach that allows you to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer, including nearby Myrtle Beach State Park and The Market Common. Check out a terrific restaurant in Murrell's Inlet or head a little farther South to see the Atalaya Castle and walk the marsh boardwalks at Huntington Beach State Park or all the beauty Brookgreen Gardens has to offer.
Head slightly north and check out Broadway At The Beach, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Beach Room Escape, Radical Ropes, Myrtle Beach Safari, SkyWheel, Myrtle Beach Speedway, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The Pavilion, Landry's, Hard Rock Café and so much more!.

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There are plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bike weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bike Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and crowded conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis. PETS, CAMPERS, and BOATS ARE PROHIBITED! Ask us about trailers & motorcycles.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.
