Oceanfront Studio Suite with breathtaking views

It’s time to leave your worries at home and your footprints in the sand. Wait until you sea the breathtaking ocean views from this 7th floor suite at the Palace Resort located 2 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach and 3 miles from the airport.

This is a NON-SMOKING room. Please do not smoke in the room or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $200 deep cleaning charge.

July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
7 night rentals get a 10% discount.
Monthly rentals get a 20% discount.

Check in: 4 P.M.
Check Out : 10 A.M.

You will be contacted with the door code one day before check in.

Daily housekeeping is not included.

The unit offers a Queen Bed, Dining Table, Sofa, Cable TV, Free WiFi, Keyless Entry, Private balcony, 2 beach chairs, and Tile Floors.

Sheets, Blankets, and Towels are provided and stay in the room. They will be collected and cleaned after you check out.

Hotel Amenities include: Free covered parking, 2 Outdoor Pools, 3 Outdoor Hot Tubs, 1 Indoor Hot tub, Restaurant & Bar(Seasonal), Coin-Operated washer and dryer located across the hall, Arcade games, 24 Hour exercise room, Sauna & Steam room, Change machine, ATM, Vending machines, & 24 Onsite Security. The resort offers a shower and hose to rinse the sand off before you enter the property.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is a 2-3 minute walk. The resort is close to golf courses, restaurants, the boardwalk, and many attractions.

A parking pass & pool bracelets will be left in the room for you to use during your stay. Display the parking pass in your car when you arrive. Please leave the pool bracelets in the room when you check out. Missing bracelets will result in a $10 fee per bracelet.

Owner is not Liable for guests lost or stolen items or injuries while occupying this property. Owner is not Liable for vehicles towed from any unauthorized parking spaces.

Make sure you enter Palace Resort 1605 SOUTH Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 into the GPS. 1605 North Ocean Blvd is located in North Myrtle Beach 30 minutes away.

Great Stay!
Location was super convenient to everything we wanted. The room suited our needs perfectly. Great view and easy access to the beach. You don’t have to trek through a huge resort to get to the ocean. Bed was super comfortable. I messaged the host because I couldn’t figure out the hot water on the shower and he messaged back immediately. FYI- the left side says cold but is actually hot lol Overall, great place with a reasonable price. Would stay here again. (Also the bottle of wine and chocolates was such a nice touch!)

College move in
Brad was awesome I was very indecisive about my stay and he was very flexible with me. The unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for myself and my son. The building is old and the parking garage tight but don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you Brad for making college drop off a little less painful for this Mom

Great place!
My husband and I stayed for a week and loved every minute of it! The room was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Security was great, and we liked that they checked wristbands while at the pools or hot tub. We would 100% stay again!

Our Home Away From Home
My husband and I stayed here last July and loved it so much that we could not wait to stay here again. The condo is exactly as the pictures show, however, when you first walk in, you’ll still be amazed at how wonderful and relaxing it feels. If you are looking for a place that is right on the beach, this is it! If you are on the beach and you realize you need something back in the condo, it’s just a short walk back to retrieve it. Also, once you go to bed, you can hear the waves crashing. What a wonderful way to end each day!

Absolutely Amazing!
Everything was Absolutely Amazing from the location to the property. My husband and I went on a mini vacation and was so happy that we picked this property. Everything was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Walmart market is just a 3 minute walk and super easy to get to For groceries. Will definitely stay again. A+

The studio we stayed at was clean and well stocked. Cute little studio with amazing views of the ocean and down the coast. Resort it was located in was old and needed some love but that's not the owner of this units issue. Brad was awesome to work with and answered questions promptly, even on the weekend or evenings. Beach was beautiful and clean also. We did not make use of any amenities of the resort where this unit is located so we cannot comment on them.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
My daughter and i LOVE Brad's place. Very beachy theme, clean, and comfy. Love the smaller porch furniture, made the balcony seem bigger and the new colors in the room are gorgeous. Also, the wine and candy were a really nice welcome..Thank you so much Brad. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay-a few suggestions. Need info on Elevator from park garage to main bldg. No parking pass left in room. Called ph number's on info sheet & they are from previous owners so we had to get security to provide us with a parking pass.

Great Find
The overall experience at this property was excellent. This property was very clean. The condo was the perfect size for two adults. It had everything you needed for an extended stay to a place to hang your clothes, with a full kitchen with all utensils you would require. The bed was very comfy. The view from the condo was spectacular. There are also a few pools and 3 outdoor hot tubs. If you are a walker you are able to walk to the boardwalk where there is shopping, restaurants and more in about 30 minutes. The only issue we saw with the unit and cannot be helped is the fact some of the units are not owned by the hotel and therefore privately owned and these people are able to smoke in their units. Unfortunately the unit next door seemed to be that way and the last two days of our stay we could smell smoke from the next door unit. We are none smokers so it was an issue. We just put towels under our front door which seemed to help. There are also a few properties around this one that are boarded up and unoccupied so there were a few homeless people hanging around.

Diamond in the rough
This room is so sweet and cute and CLEAN. Listen. The building it is in is a little unnerving and the smell of years of cigarette smoke in the hallways is enough to make you worry. But when you get to the room…. You’ll realize it’s worth it. The balcony with the view right on the water was so romantic. The owners are seriously so sweet and left a little Christmas gift for us. I will be booking this property again and again if they will allow us to.

The view is breathtaking but definitely needs upgrading with the furniture and appliances. Had hot water in shower but not in kitchen. The shower drain was stopped up which caused the water to fill up in tub while taking a shower. The unit had a funny smell to it as well.

Great Vacation
I planned this trip with my husband for our anniversary. The location was perfect, directly on the beach, and easy to find. The building was nice and clean but the actual room was BREATHE TAKEN, it was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
