This golf condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts in Myrtle Beach! It is a highly desired and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. You will enjoy spending your vacation in this updated condo while only being a couple minutes away from golf courses & a few miles away from our shoreline.

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: 2nd floor - stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.
Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters & cups), pots and pans, and more!
Family room: Enjoy the screened in balcony via sliding glass doors. New furniture!
Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom attached.
Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Additional twin bed (installed after the photos). TV in the room.
Bathroom 2: In the hallway.
Porch: Spacious and peaceful. Please note the balcony & building are not on a golf course. Several nearby!
Pool: There is an outdoor community pool & hot tub in the complex - only a few minute walk away. Subject to operating hours/times by the HOA.
Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (10AM - 10PM daily, door will lock BOTH WAYS at 10PM sharp), and, of course, the highly recognized golf course nearby (extra fees apply).

Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 6.5 miles
Coastal Grand Mall is about 4.3 miles
Broadway At The Beach is about 5.2 miles

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
**There is a ring doorbell present** This unit has a strict 4 guest maximum occupancy limit and a No Visitors policy.
The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
