Summary:
This condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts in Myrtle Beach - on-site golf available! It is a highly desired area and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. The complex directly overlooks some of the greatest golf holes on the entire east cost. Golf lovers and beach lovers will enjoy spending their vacation in this beautiful and spacious condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple golf/beach getaway!

Minimum booking age: 25

The Space:
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: 3rd floor unit. Elevator available! Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Newly updated floors/countertops/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Enjoy select cable channels (Via XUMO TV) and Netflix on the large flat screen. Access to golf course view balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with golf course views from the bedroom! 1 King bed. Roku TV.

Bathroom 1: Double vanity! Shower/tub combo!

Bedroom 2: Two Full beds. Roku TV in the room - sign into your streaming services and enjoy!

Bathroom 2: Connected to bedroom 2 AND access in the hallway. Shower/tub combo.

Balcony: Beautiful golf course view. Incredibly spacious!

Pool: There is an outdoor community pool in the complex.

Golf clubhouse: Walk or drive just .2 miles over to the World Tour Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool, and, of course, the internationally recognized golf course (Extra fees apply).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

Getting Around:
Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.

The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware!

There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
