This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

- Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.
- Property Damage Insurance $59

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

The Right Choice
We all loved this home. The layout is perfect for gathering AND finding some relaxing solitude. Everything we needed to feel at home was provided. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space due to chilly windy weather. But it was so nice and comfy that we tried for a few minutes until the chill ran us back onside. Perfect location for our group. Nice walk to local places and the beach. But a little removed from hustle and bussle; best of both worlds. We are already looking to schedule a return trip. Enver was awesomeness from pre booking throughout. Thanks for helping my family have a great relaxing holiday!

Awesome Home for Vacation
This house is great! Very clean and loaded with upscale furnishings. Layout is perfect with 2 bedrooms sharing a bath on each side of the house. Very cool showering experience!! Kitchen is very well stocked - we had everything we needed to prepare meals - and the gas grill was a plus for steak night! Hanging out by the pool was very relaxing - we did not use any of the pool or beach toys but there are plenty in the garage. Having a refrigerator downstairs in the garage was also helpful for drinks and ice! Home is close to many restaurants and the famous Boulineau’s IGA is very close by. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!! (it looks just like the pictures). Enver was a great host - (helped us seniors figure out the TVs - ha!).

Fall Golf Stay 2024
House was just as photographed and described. Nice and clean. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the new front load wash machine smelled like mildew. We cleaned it and cleaned it and left it open. We didn't contact mgmt over this as we had experienced the same issue with our own years prior. Besides that small issue, we enjoyed our stay very much. Mgmt was super to deal with, prompt when questions arose and passed all the info we needed in a very timely manner to our arrival. We would stay here again!

Everything for the Whole Family
Our stay in North Myrtle Beach was perfect, to say the least. We will definitely be recommending this location to others. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. The amenities of the property were above and beyond which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable, especially having 3 teens a preteen and a toddler. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and the price for all couldn't be beat. We were ever so greatful for the use of wagons and pool toys during our stay. Our furry family member even enjoyed his time. The only thing to maybe be aware of would be that the TVs are painfully slow. But we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a bother. Still a 5 star stay! Hoping to come back in the future! Thank you Enver!

The perfect family vacation!
This was our third year staying! My husband & I decided a few years ago that we’d finally plan a family vacation. It was important to us that we could bring our two pups. This house is more than accommodating. Pet friendly, 4 bd, separate bathrooms, private pool, laundry, quiet on a cul de sac. We really love the fridge in the garage! Makes it real nice not having to go all the way upstairs for drinks, burgs etc. The owner, Enver, is very responsive and kind! All around A++ rating from us! We will be staying annually for many years to come.

Beautiful and Full of Amenities
Rented in August of 2024, we thought the home was perfect for our needs and had so many great amenities for our kids. The house was very clean, something my wife takes very seriously. The location is nice and even our young children didn't mind the walk to the beach. Definitely was better than paying $20/hour to park at the beach access. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short thanks to the hurricane that came through the area, so we hope we will be able to return at some point and have a whole week to enjoy this house.

Relaxing Week at the Beach
The house was exaclty as listed, super clean, and well setup. The location is great for a short walk to the beach with a great selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, and bikes to use during our stay.

Love this house!!
This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful home! It has a fully stocked kitchen and large table for family meals. The pool and outside seating areas are perfect… you can lounge around the pool in the sun, or sit at the table or lounge area in the shade. We bring our dogs with us, and the outside area is the best for them as well. They stay in the shade while we swim! It's a short walk to the beach or to the grocery! Enver has been wonderful to rent from. He is very quick to respond to messages!

Exceptional stay
This house is everything the ads say it is, clean, close to the beach, updated accommodations, and the kitchen is stocked well. The pool and surrounding areas are quite good and were used often. Since the house is on a dead and street there is minimal traffic noise.

VACATION 2024
I have rented from VRBO for many years, but this was absolutely the nicest house ever!! We had a wonderful week together and so enjoyed the house and location. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. Loved that the table seated all of us! Sure hope we can return next year!

Wonderful Stay!!!
We had a GREAT stay at your place. It was Clean, big, and roomy. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms. That way the lights from neighbors does not shine into the rooms. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach!!!!
