The kitchen is laid out in 2 sections, the first is U-shaped and is where the appliances are and the second section features the bistro table and additional counter and cabinet space.

This villa has 3 bedrooms, the master and one guest on the main level and a guest and sleeping loft on the 2nd floor. The master has ample space, it features a large en-suite with custom closet, separate toilet area and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The master also has access to the amazing back porch. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed, a double closet (custom as well) and access to the guest bath, which also has a glass enclosed shower. The upstairs guest bedroom is spacious, this room has a queen bed, a twin daybed and access to the upstairs guest bathroom, which has a double-sized vanity and a tub/shower combo. The loft is cozy and comfortable with 2 twin beds and overlooks the main living area.
