Beautiful 5BD oceanfront house on Golden Mile in central Myrtle Beach

Southern Grace (formerly the Richmond House) is located in the exclusive Golden Mile section of central Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom / 5 bathroom single family home offers beautiful views of the ocean from two of the bedrooms, screen porch, and patio areas. You will feel right at home in this fully furnished and well equipped beach house. This property recently finished being completely renovated by installing tile throughout the house, all new furniture, remodeled bathrooms, expanding the kitchen and much more. This home feels like you are walking through the pages of Southern Living, an absolutely beautiful home.

There are 4 bedrooms & bathrooms in the main part of the house and the 5th bedroom & bathroom is located in the guest house located just outside the front door in the courtyard area.


This property does not allow any pets, smoking indoors, motorcycles, student groups or ball teams, weddings, or rental to anyone other than family outings.

Ideal location and private beach
We had a wonderful with our children and grandchildren. The 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our needs. The beach, the sand and the sun were tight outside the back door. The back porch allowed us to rest, relax and enjoy the ocean during the heat of the afternoon. Great kids Chen facilitated, close to Walmart. We enjoyed the week!!

Great for large groups
Beautiful property, especially with kids who need outside activities other than the beach. Loved having extra ice maker for all of us. Property manager was great to work with. If you want a spacious place to stay in a lovely area of MB this could be it. Had to bring own beach chairs and had to supplement cookware (very scratched nonstick pans) but otherwise nicely equipped.

Wonderful family vacation
This vacation home was perfect for us…right on the beach, plenty of space, convenient to everything, and very comfortable. Everyone in the family had a great time…early morning coffee on the beautiful back porch, sunny days, breezy evenings, and moonlit nights over the ocean and the palm trees…simply wonderful.

Family Perfection
This property is as amazing as it is extraordinary! Beautiful home directly on the beach, steps to the sand & water. We had a group of eight , 6 adults & 2 teenagers. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out if you want privacy or quiet time. When not on the beach we were all on the huge back porch playing cards & board games just enjoying the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze. I can't say enough about how great this property was for our family's stay. Each spacious bedroom has it's own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything imaginable, including a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig!! We also utilized the very accommodating detached apartment in the courtyard. The property is conveniently located to everything you may want to do or see, it does not disappoint! Be sure to read all the details as there are many! Our family spent 7 glorious days here and it was perfect! We take with us some great memories.

Loved our stay!
We had 5 couples stay a week. We each had our own bedroom with our own bathrooms. It's a really cool house for a large crowd. The patio, yard and access to the beach is the best part. The house looks exactly like it shows on the website. It's beautiful and we would love to come back again in the future.

Practically perfect
the view, the house, the location, it was perfect. We loved the grass for spike ball and we could see the ocean from the yard. We had amazing weather too and it was close to everything. I don't think we could have asked for a better Easter weekend

Wonderful Week
The house is perfect, spacious, comfortable and clean. It is better than the pictures. The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise in the morning from the wide porch or our bedroom windows.- the best way to start a day. We played corn hole on the back lawn while enjoying a picnic from the grill. Cannot ask for a better vacation house.

Terrific Beachfront House
Our group of 5 friends enjoyed this house where we could each have our own bedroom and bathroom. We used the porch quite a bit to take in the beach, ocean and sound of the surf. The kitchen was great. It was really quite comfortable all around and very clean. Highly recommend for groups of friends, couples and families. It's a large space.

Great space for big group
This was the second time we've rented this property. It's great for several reasons: All on one level for those with mobility issues Fabulous back porch to sit and watch the ocean Great set up for large groups - each bedroom has a bathroom so no sharing required. Plus lots of spaces to hang out and be together without being on top of one another. It's not in the middle of the hotels, so it's quieter, in a residential area, but still super close to everything. The kitchen is very well provisioned - we did a full Thanksgiving dinner our first trip there, and a seafood feast this time. The only thing I wish was different is that there are no beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. We bought some cheap towels, and rented chairs and umbrella from the lifeguards, but it would have been nice to have those onsite. Love this place, and hope to get it again if we head back to Myrtle Beach!

Myrtle Beach
Lovely renovated home built in 1930s. Many improvements made. Unique. Great location that is close to everything. Beach in the front of the house is beautiful. Very private considering high rises and crowded beach fronts are a few properties away. An issue with a entry door not closing was addressed immediately. Be sure to bring beach chairs, toys also bath and beach towels, if you can.

Perfect spot to stay
This property was absolutely beautiful. The location could not have been better. The layout of the house is great because every bedroom has its own bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is worth every penny.

Another Excellent Stay
This place is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the house for a second year. We noticed they made several nice improvements to their back deck and the driveway and walkways. The beach is so wonderful and not crowded at all as there are less populated houses surrounding our house. Great location to broadway and other excellent restaurants. Communication was very good as we did need to contact them about a repair that was fixed timely.
