Welcome to "Walking on Sunshine"! a very well-cared for and clean home. There is FREE PRIVATE BEACH FRONT PARKING for guests in our community that choose to drive our golf cart or their car to the beach and also beachfront rest rooms and outdoor showers are bonus amenities for the residents and guests staying in our community.

*One (1) small dog under 20 lbs. is welcome. (An additional dog or larger dog may be considered at an additional fee...please ask.)

Our home is complete with a washer and dryer; screened in deck; and an open floor plan including a fully stocked kitchen w/ island seating and dishwasher. The apartment/in-law suite downstairs has its own separate entrance, another fully stocked kitchen with island seating and a dishwasher. And, YES, the quoted rate includes the rental of the entire house -- both up and down -- with the beds made and ready for you to relax! It's like two homes for the price of one! Sleeps 10 including sofa bed upstairs. (Sofa bed sheets and comforter are provided in closet. This is not made in advance).

But wait! There's more! The GOLF CART is ALSO INCLUDED! This is an approximately $350 savings if you had to rent one! (For licensed drivers age 18 or older.)

There is an outside shower (with HOT and COLD water!) and beach chairs and toys are provided. A Weber gas grill is also an additional amenity for your convenience.

Looking for that perfect beach house and/or golf getaway home in a private, gated resort? This is it...only a few miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, steps from the beach, minutes from golf courses, and just down the street from Murrells Inlet & Pawleys Island to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north!

Within our gated community, there are two outdoor pools and a 'mini' water splash park for the kids (seasonal) and a year-round indoor pool. All are sure to be a memory-makers! Oceanside Village also has a 16 person whirlpool next to the Hickory Grove pool. An activities center, tennis courts, pickleball, a basketball court, baseball field, playground, volley ball court, five stocked fishing ponds, horseshoe pits and bocce ball are also available onsite.

You can enjoy the fitness center for an additional, minimal fee per week by signing up at the office onsite. Golf for an additional fee at the spectacular Tupelo Bay course is just 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk away...across the street from the main gate. Check out their Glow Golf or Foot Golf when available!

Our golf cart is included with your rental for travel in Oceanside Village ONLY and for beachfront parking in the FREE Oceanside Village private parking area ONLY.

Quoted rates are for renting the whole house (upstairs and downstairs). However, the lower-level and upper-level may rent separately for less $$ during slow seasons; providing you are OK with us renting the level you are not renting.

RENTAL RATE INCLUDES DEPARTURE CLEANING!

Guests must sign and return owner's rental agreement and vehicle info form and participate in a scheduled pre-stay phone call after booking this property.

We welcome conversations by text, email or phone at anytime before, during and after your stay. We also schedule a brief "pre-stay" phone call with all of our new and returning guests!

FYI: Short stays of 4 nights or less may be welcome at certain times of the year.

ALSO, DURING SLOW SEASON YOU MAY RENT JUST THE UPSTAIRS OR DOWNSTAIRS – PROVIDING YOU DON’T MIND SOMEONE ELSE RENTING THE PART YOU HAVEN’T RENTED.
