"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O....

"My husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary here and couldn’t have been happier. This is a beautifully restored and updated stone cottage in a truly stunning setting, on a lovely farm with views of the sea and the hills. It was a perfect location to explore the Pembrokeshire coastal path and visit St David’s. "As a family of 5 along with another couple we wanted a get away near the sea with nearby walks and our wishes were granted, the bay was only a stones throw from the cottage and the coastal path walks straight from the cottage were stunning. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"We stayed on December with snowy days, Magical. Wonderful site great help from the owners. Pod is a one off and all you expect. We took advantage of the fire and hot shower. Hot tub has a stunning view as well as beautiful surrounding areas. Great pubs and restaurants nearby well worth a few days for our honeymoon"

"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"Wonderful stay, clean property, wifi was great, kitchen well equiped. Plenty of storage. Home from home comfort. Owner was brillant at responding to emails with queries. Will definitely re-book.Local Fish and Chip really delicious and there is a local tesco express which is well stocked.We did plenty of hikes from St Davids and it was lovely to come home in evening and have a soak in the bathtub."
