"This is an amazing property but it doesn’t seem to be maintained properly. The main fridge didn’t keep the food cold, ice maker didn’t make more than an handful of ice the entire time, and it took 4 days for the freezer to almost freeze popsicles. Walls, floors, cabinets, screened porch were all filthy. The smaller shower head in the master bath was broken, screens were torn, chairs and tables outside were broke. Trash pick up was unreliable and the animals would get into the trash bins at night...

"This is a beautiful site close to dock, clubhouse pool, and boat launch. Parking for two vehicles was hard bc HOA doesn’t allow parking on grass and it’s just a narrow gravel driveway but the parking lot is close so that wasn’t a big deal. Picnic table was broken and we didn’t have a screw gun to fix it, water picket was closer to pull-in and ours is right beside our rigs plug so we had to use two hoses. "I thought I would not be able to locate a home in this area to attend nearby functions. Thanks to Katie Foley’s accommodations we were able to comfortably accommodate 8 and one pup. "We had a bathroom mishap that eventually led to a plumber being called. Cody was very responsive and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. We were very impressed with the quick responses. The cottage itself was very cute and the attention to detail was very appreciated."

"We DIDN’T want to leave!!!! My family had an amazing time. We fished, we enjoyed the enclosed patio, grilling outside, walking the dock at night…it was exactly the peacefulness we needed. We even requested another booking before we left! We plan on making this a definite ‘go to’ for our family vacations! The owners were very communicative and extremely accommodating. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and the incredible view of the lake was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again.
