"Well, it was a decent hotel for the money, nice views, and nice folks that work there in general, but they still have some management issues to work out. The expression "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing". You request something from one person, and then it never pass it on to the proper person. You request anything and it will either be forgotten or done wrong. It was a comedy of 5 or 6 errors over 48 hours, and ever one they apologized for and smiled. Poor management...

"Great location,walking distance to mall road and all eateries, markets. Courteous and helping staff. Very friendly and accommodating.Very good food, great breakfast. Rooms are okay, but bathroom need repairs, refurbish, it smells. At check in, they charged me full of my entire stay, instead of Blocking the amount on card. This is not fair, I argued, but she said its policy. You should mention it when we do booking."

"The staff and management tream were courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. Their efforts at looking after our group made us feel like we were staying with family. The team responded to all of our whims and fancies and made our stay at the property one of the most memorable moments for my family. For this, I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart!"

"It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food"

"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. "I recently stayed at Hotel Pine Villa and had a great experience. The view from my suite was beautiful, and the room was spacious and well-kept. The staff was very helpful, and they even made special Navratra meals for me since I was fasting, which I really appreciated. They also arranged a scooty for me to get around the area, which made exploring much easier. The food was tasty, and the hotel had a safe and comfortable environment. "Do not book this hotel. Pictures on Expedia are misleading. This hotel is in very bad shape. This hotel is falsely overrated on Expedia. Horrible room condition. Found bugs and cockroaches. No heater or hot water in bathroom. Very noisy and worst linens."

"Good hotel in very central location but away from the busy Main Street. Clean, food was good, staff were excellent. Bit noisy so bring ear plugs, mostly just barking dogs and music they were playing downstairs in the restaurant. Good heating as it was cold in November when we went so we needed it! "
