"This is my second time staying here and forgot about the shampoo/soap situation. Bring your own! We had a hard time getting the cable to work and actually just gave up and watched YouTube instead. The office opens up pretty late and the bikes could use some tuning up. It’s nice to have so much space compared to a hotel. This property is in a great location but could really use some extra maintenance and updates to get it up to 5 stars imo."

"Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "

"Our small work crew was in town briefly to help with a project and this was the perfect little place for them to relax. The booking was sort of last minute and Sunny Days made special accommodations so that the check in was easy. There was some confusion on our behalf as to when the check out date was, and Sunny Days saved the day by extending us a day,. "Cute cottage in Santa Barbara steps away from East Beach, a short walk to Stearn’s wharf and 1 min drive to get onto 101. Clean, and exactly as pictured with comfortable rooms and lots of items in kitchen and towels in the bathroom. Also great as it has free parking, both with a small driveway and plenty of street parking in front of the house. Would stay here again! "

"The water view from the back cottage was great to wake up to. The location is great: near the zoo, away from busy State Street but close enough to walk to stuff. The kitchen was small but fully functional with a grocery store like a block away. The host provide lots of kids stuff, stroller, high chair, and even beach toys!"

"The view was the star of the show for this house! We sat transfixed for most of our stay at the wide expanse of ocean, passing dolphins and beautiful sunsets. The home itself is a bit dated but it’s clean and the beds are comfy. Be aware the driveway is not concrete as shown in the photos. It was very muddy and under construction and our vehicles got extremely dirty from driving/parking there. "
