The staff here are truly exceptional—especially bartender Fede, manager Andrea, and Stephanie. They went above and beyond to be flexible and accommodating during an excruciating personal time for me, and I’ll never forget their kindness. The place itself is a total respite, offering unobstructed views of the volcano and lake—absolutely breathtaking, million-dollar views at an affordable price. The Lebanese cuisine is excellent, a refreshing and delicious break from the local fare....
"I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. The owner is very nice. He speak quite good English and he can be very helpful. They do have a pool. They do have a breakfast in the hotel as well. It cost. My hope was very pleasant and quite large."
