The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Pets are not allowed at any of our properties. We certify to renters with serious allergies that no pets have been in our properties. If this rule is broken, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid.

Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.

YOU MAY DECLINE THE LINEN PACKAGE. Please tell us in your quote request so we can remove the charge.

GARDEN CITY BEACH: Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more.

The Family Getaway Thanksgiving Style
This place was a great fit for our family trip!!! it was clean ample room each bedroom had a bathroom personal space kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils 3 refrigerators nice back yard area. Owner was available through text and very prompt. And location was great !!

Siblings get together
Plenty of room for 8 seniors. Lots of stairs getting into the property and to the 2nd level. So if you have a hard time doing stairs this property is not for you. We all managed them okay.

We always love staying at the Sea Wash! It is a beautiful place to stay! We have plenty of room, the pool and jacuzzi are great and we grilled out, just an overall excellent place! Thank you for beautiful memories on our 2024 Vacation! We hope to stay here again!

Sea Wash
We went down for a family vacation and we had a wonderful time. The Sea Wash was perfect! Easy beach access right across the street. We used the pool every day and the hot tub was so relaxing! Perfect for everyone!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Wash. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our large family. Great location with easy access to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Home is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Cookware was well organized and easy to find. Having three refrigerators was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Girls 2024 beach weekend.
This was our second time staying here. Great location,house is very spacious and wonderful host. We enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while sitting on the porch. Short walk to Garden City pier. We plan on staying here again.

Spring Break 2024
Overall our trip was great! The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The host was easy to get in touch with. They left a great starter basket with TP, hand soap, dish detergent, etc. We loved the hot tub, especially for a March visit. The house is a great size. We had two families staying together so two Master bedrooms was a huge plus. Overall, the house was clean. I thought the floors were a little dirty but it is a rented beach house so that's understandable. The TVs were kind of tricky. We could not find local channels. The family we were with logged into their own account and found the channels that way. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Great Location!
We were thrilled with the location of this vacation rental! Lots of amenities close by, with a view of the beach, which is only steps away. The ability to rent a golf cart made this even more fun. The house is well laid out, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. The private bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and gave everyone space and privacy. You could not hear anyone else, which was nice and gave everyone the rest they needed. The only real downfall was the cleanliness of the house. The bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. The furniture and area rug are also quite dirty. Roaches were also an issue, which wasn’t brought to my attention until we were already there several days and I saw one myself. The main level needs some TLC. We did purchase the linen package, which for 10 people, did not provide enough towels and dishcloths. We only had 1 dish cloth and tea towel for the week. Everyone we had contact with were very kind and attentive when we had questions and feedback.

room for multiple families, close to beach
This was a nice property with comfortable space for several families. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with every bedroom and a dining table with room for 12 people. The neighborhood is very dense but we enjoyed being close to the beach. Communication with management was easy--every question I asked was promptly answered. The one wish we had was that the front door operated by code as compared to keys.

Location is great
The property is in a great location but had some issues. The trash from previous tenant was left in main bins outside (lots of flies). The grout in all bathrooms (floors) needs to be redone. Some Dishes in cabinets were not cleaned. Unfortunately, we saw roaches in the kitchen. We loved the size and location of the property. Our family of 9 had plenty of room!!! With a little overhall (grout cleaning, wiping dirty doors, repairing blinds, window covering in master bathroom, throughly cleaning entire floors ..they were sticky) and perhaps a pest control contract .. this place could be perfect. We also appreciate the basket of supplies (trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap, etc) from the owner to get us through the 1st night. If you are staying for an extended time period.. id def recommend the golf cart. It was fun to watch all the carts ride pass from the deck.

Sea Wash was perfect for our group of 12. Steps away from the beach, great pool and yard, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. Hope to have a reason to stay again!
