"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"The villa was of a very good size, with plenty of space around it, very secluded and quiet. Anna, the host, was lovely throughout our stay and she waited for us on the first night, even when we had a delay at the airport. "

"This house/Mansion , slept the 5 guys after our Mugello track experience and the owner was incredible and was driven to make sure that we had everything we needed !!! I would go back in a heartbeat !!! It was several hundred yrs old and Meticulously maintained!!! Out of a 5 stars , I would give it 7 :-)!!!"

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

"Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux en famille à la villa Dogana. La maison est superbe très grande avec un grand parc sans aucun voisinage. La maison est très bien fourni en linge et matériel de cuisine. La piscine a fait le bonheur de tous. Enfin une mention spéciale à Monica et sa fille qui nous ont fait un succulent dîner et un cours de cuisine au cours duquel nous nous sommes bien amusés. "Suited us perfectly. Surpassed expectations. The games room was better equipped than we expected including a vintage croquet set which we used on several evenings. Very convenient for travelling to Florence by train. We loved it!"

"Amazing place; totally renovated with the deepest respect for legacy and the most welcoming staff ever. A one of a kind place worthy of the highest recommendation. Parking is a bit remote but the staff will carry your luggage all the way using an electric cart through the narrow street. 6 out of 5 stars. "
