"We spent a family Christmas here and weren’t disappointed. The property itself is large enough for 9-10 people comfortably, with lots of space. The village is wonderful, very quaint, with some superb country walks, but not too far from Dorchester or Yeovil.The only issues we had were with some of the mattresses in some rooms being too soft, but that’s down to personal preference.Overall, would highly recommend."

"Our entire family stayed here to celebrate a special birthday. We were very pleased with the farmhouse and the amount of space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Only reason we gave a 4 for cleanliness is because it was a little dusty (But expected due to it being a farmhouse!) Would recommend to all. "

"We stayed over NYE the house was absolutely beautiful. Home from home, rustic and tastefully decorated keeping the charm of the property. "We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. "Beautifully renovated cottage that offered easy access to fulfill needs of our visit without having to rent a car with its attendant frightening UK driving. We loved the hand hewn exposed wooden beams. The only downside for us was street side loud vocalizations by apparently drunken pedestrians that occasionally kept us awake at night."

"Perfect venue for a cosy week catching up with friends, we had been looking for somewhere large enough for all 10 of us to get together, play board games and have a film night! This was perfect! The dining table accomodated us all, as did the sofa! We also did all our own cooking and found the kitchen to be well equiped, (far more so than some professional kitchens weve used!) Will definitely be keeping this saved for future catch ups!!"
