"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "Good size flat, 2 bedrooms, one very spacious, other compact but comfortable. Nice shower in bathroom. Great to have hairdryers, plenty of stuff for cooking and an iron. It was very warm in the flat so the fans provided were much appreciated. 10 ish minute walk to Maryland tube station, then 30 minutes to central London. Great takeaways locally, shops close by. All convenient. Host very helpful, good communication and useful tips prior to stay. Easy check in via lockbox."

"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Alles lief reibungslos und wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir Christopher oder seine Frau jederzeit fragen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage war super, da die Bushaltestelle nur 2 min entfernt war und mit dem Underground war alles bestens erreichbar. Den PKW konnten wir vor der Tür parken. Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen."

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. "Accommodations was not what it was supposed to be.The unit was clean there was still food in fridge and someone’s clothes still in unit plus the bed was very uncomfortable and no tv for past time. The communication with agency was not short and not very clear. The floor we stayed on smelt of smoke/weed and LOUD party starting from 9pm to 5pm the next day the music was loud which made it difficult to sleep."
