"We had the most peaceful stay at the cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the fact that we spent our time in a sustainable environment. The back deck was our favourite place and the sunrise view from the master bedroom was priceless. Thank you Louise. We loved every minute of our stay"

"Power was overloaded and tried to contact owner called and messaged few times never called"

"Falling Waters was perfect for our overnight stop over especially after battling the Sydney traffic – it was the perfect antidote. With a cheese board and G&T in hand, we soaked up the peace and calm of the bushy environment, mesmerised by the stunning bird activity... and just like that, the stress of the day fell away. The space and comfort suited our needs perfectly and the gorgeous bathroom a lovley treat. 10/10 for me, my partner, my elderly mother and her small pooch."

"We chose this property as a farm stay and we had an event at K Ranch in Mount Hunter which was a 20 min drive away. Beautiful cottage. We woke up to a cure of cows eating grass nearby. It’s a quiet location, with fireplace and fire pit. The nights get colder here than in the city. We enjoyed the place very much. Thank you. "

"A truly remarkable property, and one of our favourites ever. The house has such character and charm, with a real feeling of peace and tranquillity, despite being only a short drive from Mittagong or the freeway. This makes it incredibly convenient, while still feeling as though you are really escaping to the country. The house has all the amenities we required, and being both pet and child friendly was a real bonus."

"We were quite disappointed with the Eco Lodge, firstly we were not aware that you need to drive a car that has high clearance (we drive a sedan), the slope to go down was easily missed, and not marked out properly. There was minimal signage other than the map and names outside the other accomodation. We noticed stains on the couch, and there was someone else's rubbish in the bins in the bathroom. The bed sank under our weight, I weigh 55kg and my partner is 78kg. Worst night sleep, the cabin is...

"Lovely cute cottage with everything you need in the kitchen and awesome selection of movies to watch cosied to the fireplace (that was all setup ready to just light when we arrived). Plenty of wood for a few days. Nice little drive to Bowral and Mittagong with their great food and thousands of antique shops! The biggest challenge was with no wifi we were stuck relying on 2 bars of intermittent 3G reception from Telstra. Made it really hard to get the small amount of work I needed todo whilst...

"Messaged owner over a few cleanliness problems, dirty cutlery in dishwasher and empty beer bottles outside in back garden. Also mentioned the battery missing from tv remote, then noticed the centre button on remote missing. After turning on tv at the set we couldn’t get reception (no aerial connected). Only response from host is “ I will let cleaner know”. Otherwise the house suited our needs."

"We had 9 staying at Lavender Cottage and the bedding and beds were wonderful. The layout of the cottage was good, with dining room and lounge large enough for all, with comfortable seating etc. Surrounding was beautiful, and felt very countryside while still only 10-15 mins out of Mittagong. Great 4pm leaving on Sundays. On the downside, property needs considerable maintenance on appliances, heating etc, and outdoor cleaning on BBQ and furniture. We advised Property Management who have said they...

"We arrived and first appearance was unkept grass growing out of gutters garden yard messy The walls were so marked i washed them as i couldnt look at the in lounge.the kitchen cupboards are falling apart . The doon on my bed under the sheets was very stained and revolting Im thinking they should have paid us to stay in it I have photos on arrival to prove If i was expedia i would remove this accomadation "

"This house was filthy, covered in mould and had a broken glass door on a cabinet. There was only one small heater and the property was freezing. We left early and asked for a complete refund."
