Almost like a concierge, helping to navigate things like airport transfers.In this case, the national management company has no idea about the unit or the area. They either gave misinformation or no response.When i reported a problem, i was texting with 15 diffpeople, none really helpful. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Fox Run at the Terraces. It was the perfect ski in/ski out location for access to almost all the runs especially the greens and blues. We felt at home right away at this condo. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and spotless. The owner was very kind and accommodating, always there to answer any questions. When we go back to Telluride, we will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed at this condo for 6 nights in January 2025. Location was perfect. The condo is a true ski in/ski out. Lift # 4 is right outside the condo. We had a significant hiccup with the property and have managed the owners directly with that feedback.This property is steps from all of the benefits of Mountain Village -- easy to make first chair, easy to walk around Mountain Village, gorgeous views and a few steps to the gondola to go into town. "The view from this home is spectacular. It is a very roomy and comfortable home with walkable access to Bridges ski run. While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property."

"We stayed here for Spring Break (March) with three dads and 6 boys. The location is great and very close to Mountain Village. It is easily ski in from the green Bridges trail. There was a lot of snow so it made the ski out part of walking up to the groomed path quite a challenge. Our boys made us a path with the sleds which helped give us a way out until the snow covered it. The views are amazing and from what we understand the mountains it's looking at are the same ones as the Coors Light Beer...

"Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...
