"While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!"

"The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. I would recommend anyway looking for stay in newark so they communicate to NY and other important attractions."

"House was nice but no mention of tons of stairs to actually gain access to property was deceptive from property details. We should have asked owner PRIOR to making the rez, as we clear on having an elderly dog, who struggled to get up/down all the stairs. Lugging all our stuff in/out was a hardship as well. Mid way thru our stay we had a random person put a key in door and barge into the home with an attitude, saying they were an "associate" of the owner, and we were supposed to be checked out...

"After no contact from the hosts, we drove to the house to discover a steep driveway covered in snow. Steps had not been cleared of snow. I hope that they are okay and not absent due to an emergency- but there were seven of us visiting from out of state - stranded by the hosts who provided no means of entry. "

"My overall experience was great! My favourite part was how responsive and kind the host was, he attended to our every need. Samuel is a very humble man with a big heart. The home had all the essentials needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and the thermostat worked BEST!! lol. The beds were very comfy and the atmosphere gave that “right at home feel” I did. Not want to leave! I will be booking again for sure!"

"The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. At one point the light cut out in one of the rooms, but Michael did explain to us why that happened and give us a way to fix the issue. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door. "O hotel oferece uma van para o aeroporto. Ao chegar no aeroporto a van tinha acabado de partir, esperei por 40 minutos. Ao chegar a van era bem velha. Mas ate ai tudo bem, ja era 1 da manha , plena madrugada, e ao chegar no hotel eles me informaram que houve um problema hidraulico e bao teriam como me hospedar. Me deram um papel na mao e me mandaram para outro hotel entrando novamente na van. Fui domrir mais de 2 da manha. Na volta da viagem tinha uma mesma reserva com eles, mandei uma mensagem...
