Cotter/White River Fishing Trip
Always great to stay… host are amazing and very responsive. The house is perfect and well equipped. We will see you guys again next year, if not before.

Plenty of room
We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft.

Great for a big group
We had 14 adults and it was great. Lots of room and things to do. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill is great for hanging out. Would definitely stay again.

Eclipse
We got married in the back yard during the eclipse. It was amazing. Took pictures in front of the fish, had plenty of entertainment for the kids and adults, and had everything we needed for a good dinner. Great stay. Really appreciated.

Had an Awesome time! My sons friends loved the place and we kayak fished for trout on the white river. Used Riley Outfitters for kayak rental and they were the best as well. Great time had by everyone!!!

I cannot believe how unbelievable this house was. This property was everything we could have asked for and more! Everything that was listed about this property was spot on and set us up for a special weekend. We will definitely be back!

Fly fishing with college buddies from TN, TX, & MS and could not have picked a better place! Can’t wait for next year’s trip! New annual excursion in the Ozarks!!

Family time
This place was perfect for family time with the huge game room!!! Having 2 kitchens was extremely helpful preparing our Thanksgiving feast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

19th Anniversary
This was our 19th year in Cotter staying at one of Joey Peglar's (current owner) properties. All 3 have been upgraded and fun to stay at. Our favorite would be the Old Firehouse for our group size (10) this year. All 3 properties have their own purpose and charm. We will be back next year for our 20th anniversary. CJM

Great place for a entertaining getaway
This was our 4th time staying at the fish and game. This place is awesome and is set up very nice for a getaway with the guys. Couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Joey and Angel are first class hosts!

Short stay
The place really is awesome and great for a family gathering. Wish we could have stayed longer to truly enjoy all the place had to offer. My only issue is entering and exiting was somewhat difficult. The locks didn’t unlock or lock very easy. And the downstairs coffee pot didn’t work.
