"We had a large family gathering in ChCh, with all ages attending, and the Boutique on Bealey was perfect for making a home away from home. The bedrooms worked well, with a mix of double bedrooms for couples, and bunks. The kitchens are well-stocked, and there is a variety of recreation spaces - indoor and outdoor. "Lovely old homestead set in beautiful grounds. Huge bedroom with a great ensuite. Breakfast was fit for a King - too much choice if anything! Lovely welcoming hosts with a family connection to the property makes for a real home stay. They welcome you into their home and share it with you. A pleasure and a privilege to stay here."

"This was a great place for me to stay, well priced and perfectly placed for access to University and Burnside. Winnie and family were friendly and communicative. I had good access to facilities, my own bathroom, the internet was great and the bed comfortable. The owner lives on site so the house was shared with them but my part was essentially self contained with access to a shared kitchen. I will stay again some time :)"
