"Unfortunately due to the abnormal weather we werent able to enjoy the hotel and the location. The room was OK however we felt that it was very humid. Groundfloor, with a sort of sea view in a distance and a balcony which, due to the heavy rains we couldn’t enjoy much. The staff was the best of the hotel, from the cleaning, to the support and reception staff, all were the best. "Es war alles in Ordnung. Uns hat es gefallen. Die Einrichtung war allerdings schon etwas älter. Ein wenig unglücklich war nur der Zugang zu unserem Apartment, das zwar im Erdgeschoss lag, aber durch den Architekten so gebaut war, dass man trotzdem noch ein paar Stufen hoch und runtersteigen musste um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Mit Kinderwagen war das leider nervig. Preis-Leistung war ok für “nur Frühstück”."

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. "Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves.
