"We had the opportuntiy to stay at this incredible vrbo spot. I cannot begin to explain how perfect this was. We had a couple of families come together for new years at this house. The location on the water was exceptional. The house was perfect."

"The host was very responsive both with questions about the area as well as with any questions we had at the house. It was very nice and allowed for fun bonding and resting time. Great backyard area where you can have smores and chill at night. Having a considerate and flexible host made this trip even better! Highly recommend!"

"We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! You cannot beat the view, and the location! We love playing around in the bay and this was the perfect place for that. We waded, went kayaking, watched dolphins play, and played in the sand. The kitchen was perfect for making our own meals and enjoying a holiday dinner. The only thing we missed were kitchen knives, so remember to pack a couple. Bring your own paper plates and cups etc. if you want them, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes....

"Nice little place. One bathroom. Heat didn’t work and water pump breaker kept tripping. The host thought it had already been addressed and fixed. Just a bit frustrating. Place was a decent price regardless. Clean and near the lake."

"We had a great stay for a long weekend to celebrate a local family members birthday. House was perfect place for us to be close to family and have a quiet place to sleep. We had everything we needed. We hope to be back again for future family get togethers."

"We fell in love this place immediately. Great layout for a townhouse and beautiful views of the water. A nice reading nook to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Plenty of space for 6 people and awesome location, centrally located for Niceville and very close to Destin abd Harbor Walk."

"Having my bridal shower here was magical!!!! The weather was perfect and we had an amazing setup outside with tables, chairs and decorations. There are so many bedrooms! Our group of 18 never felt cramped at all and our party of 30 had an amazing time. I had asked the host what else we could do during our stay with this big group of women and she had so many great suggestions and ideas. We decided to turn the rest of our stay into an amazing women's retreat with painting outside/wine and games....

"We rented this VRBO to visit family in Crestview at Christmas. Property manager was extremely responsive. House was clean and recently renovated. Quiet location. A new subdivision is just being started across the street, and provides plenty of dog and human walking space. Fenced in backyard was really nice because we didn't have to worry about dog bolting."
