"The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenities needed are provided. Check in and check out details were not provided, so had to contact the owner and wait for a response when we arrived and did not know what was expected of us upon leaving. Code lock doors would be a convenient upgrade. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great view of the bay and a short walk to the gulf side. The place was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the mattresses. Like other reviews have said they are pretty bad. I’d at least recommend a mattress topper if nothing else. "

"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this house. The hosts were super quick at responding, the house was very spacious, and was honestly even better than the pics! Location was fantastic, there were tons of things stocked in the shed for us to use, they even had a booster chair and pack n’ play that were not listed. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"

"The property is well equipped and maintained. I received my check in credentials prior to arrival and had no problems. There was a Gale force storm that lasted approximately 12 hours and did some minor damage to the house. It was extremely easy to contact the property manager to alert them to the damage."

We had some very small issues that were resolved quickly and or explained. For example the garbage disposal was not working...not a big deal for my wife and I. "My husband and I absolutely loved this house. We had plenty of room for others, but needed this time for ourselves since we were celebrating our 26th anniversary. We sat on the covered back porch with coffee, fished off the private covered pier, and walked along the bay looking for shells. We had perfect weather! This cottage is a perfect getaway. If you fish and you do not have a boat it is very shallow here. I wish it had been a little deeper but that did not prevent us from giving this...

"Amazing hotel it might look dated from the outside but the rooms are amazing!!!! The staff are super friendly and welcoming!! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel because my daughter plays softball and we travel a good bit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
