"Great location, cool history but needs an updating. The heater barely kept up at 23 outside. I understand the price reflecting the size of the house but it is really outdated and lots of things are ready to fall apart or fail. Washing machine hose leaks, gas fireplace doesn’t work. Kitchen hanging on by a thin thread. But cost, and fulfilled its purpose which was a place to stay in Mosier. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Mosier - complete with a holiday wreath, tree, and lights. We loved the train that came by throughout the day. We were headed to Hermiston; Mosier was a nice half-way point on our short road trip. Breakfast goods and a warm welcome were much appreciated "touches" to our stay. "

"We enjoyed our brief stay in this cabin. It was close to the rest of our itinerary and had great scenery. It was also really nice to be able to wake up and walk to coffee and breakfast just down the hill. Our TV, was not working, but the owner was quick to respond and refund a portion when the issue couldn't be resolved. We would have loved to use the fire pit, but it was raining when we were there. Next time! "

"I find it really hard to believe that the owners were unaware about the horrible sewage problems. The smell was overwhelming and we found air fresheners tucked behind things in the bathroom to try to mask the smell. I called the very first night but did not get a reply until late the next day. By then it was too hard to move with a very senior person traveling with us. The house was absolutely beautiful and the view was stunning. We hope they fix this issue so others can enjoy the house the way...

"12 family members stayed here for a wedding near Hood River. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate our group. House s a little outdated, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the ping pong & pool table in the garage. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub or the beautiful back yard, which would make for an incredible game of Bocce. View is absolutely stunning!"

"My daughter attended an outdoor camp with a local gym. I needed a place where we could relax in the evening and I could work remotely during the day. The general location was perfect. Easily walkable to everything. It took us about a day to get used to the train traffic.
