"This property has everything you need! Quiet and safe but close to everything. It was extremely clean and well stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen. Both beds were comfortable with additional cozy blankets if needed. Lots of thoughtful fun extras, a bowl of snacks, many choices of coffee and hot cocoa in the Keurig, games and extra fans. It was a perfect place to land as we visited our Vandal for homecoming weekend. We will be back for sure!"

"Such a gorgeous space - the neighborhood and downtown Moscow did not disappoint. Such good food and great vibes! The carriage house was just what we needed. Only minor issue was there wasn't a lot of coffee to use, mostly decaf and tea. "

"Our stay at the Hawk's Nest was all we hoped it would be! It was clean, spacious and the perfect setting for what we were looking for. The hosts Jeff and Carol, were fantastic and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with anything that we needed. And as was fitting, we saw numerous hawks during our stay -they picked a perfect name for their location. "The owner of this house does live there, which to be fair I don't enjoy that set up. There was an attempt to clean the house, but more of covering it will good smells then scrubbing. The downstairs bathroom had a very strong odor of old urine, the pots and pans in the open shelves had layers of grease. The overall smell of fabuloso was so strong we all had a headache the first night. The upstairs shower drains very slowly. The house does have a nice layout. The bedding was clean. The two rooms...

"I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! Will consider staying here next summer. Thank you!"

"What a great location for us to stay for the weekend! It’s only about a 5 minute drive to U of I campus where my daughter will be an incoming freshman this fall. The flat is very small and probably better suited to a couple of people. It was a bit of a tight squeeze with 3 of us in the apartment, but we made it work. The property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend Fried Egg Flat if you’re in town for a quick weekend. We would definitely stay again!"

"The Tangerine Door was in a prime location close to everything. Check in process was super easy. Place was clean comfortable and quiet. No TV in the bdrms so if that is a must for you beware. Kitchen had everything you need to include spices and plastic wrap/foil. We hope to stay here again."
