"The house felt very welcoming. With yhe sounds of the waves lapping the shore and the herons to watch it was relaxing and refreshing. We look for places to escape and this provided a wonderful site to do that. We even saw a bald eagle fly by the house. fron"

"Upon arrival late on the evening, first impressions walking up were great. Well furnished, clean, charming. Went to turn on the bathroom sink and the waterfall faucet was spraying through the mineral buildup at the end of the faucet. Shower was the same way. Then the next day, noticed a hair tie on the kitchen sink and found out why it - the spray selector was broken. I don't want to touch somebody else's hair tie to do the dishes. It also absorbs water and gunk, which isn't very sanitary. Was...

"My friend and I met in Livingston for our 50th High School Reunion. We wanted something quiet and accessible to town. This house is not only the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, but it was also superbly stocked with so many extras that a person may need away from home, we were pleasantly surprised. It is nicely furnished. Such a cute house!! I would give this house a 10 out of 10. Management definitely is in it for excellent customer service. We would book again! "

"Description as described. Cabin was cute and comfortable. It rained during our stay, so not much fishing was done and the lake was bit low- no fault of the owners. However, the property was muddy from getting to and from cabin to vehicle. The owners very responsive and friendly."

"Very clean quiet place on the water. Well outfitted with cooking materials and lots of extras. The view is fantastic hot tub is wonderful. Owners provided lots of great touches with games, Bluetooth speakers and lots of other extras. We will stay again. "

"Unfortunately, due to cloudy water in the house, we felt uncomfortable and left early. The host apologized but chose not to compensate us for this unexpected yet unacceptable water condition. We enjoyed the time with our family but felt that we were not treated fairly since we had to leave early due to our water safety concerns. "The house and property was amazing! My whole family was able to spend Thanksgiving under one roof. The big kitchen and huge table that fit us all. And i cannot forget the HUGE TV"

I enjoyed my conversations with Bernadette almost in a daily basis as she is always doing something. Since we are moving to Texas i just found our first friends. helpful."

"Was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are steep stairs so if you have really young children or bad knees it might not be the best option for you. My kids loved it and thought it was the coolest experience. The castle itself does have a bathroom with shower, a full size refrigerator, and a full size stove/oven which was not on the listing. The guest house also has a bathroom and kitchenette but no stove/oven in it. Host had everything needed in the kitchen, pots pans utensils...
