"We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. For a gathering with friends that included a couple children, this was a perfect place. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable and the huge dining room table, deck, and firepit were perfect for our group. One thing that I didn't plan for was the lack of cell service -- it was actually nice to be out of reach but I did have to drive to find service in order to pull up the door code to check-in, should have planned for that. "I loved the 3rd floor flat; it was truly a home away from home. It was very clean and quiet with comfy beds; plus convenient access to Bellefonte restaurants and interesting little shops. The apartment was full of games and fun items which would be delightful for families with children and/or teens. I could not think of a better place to occupy kids plus it is a block from a beautiful park. "

"We stayed here for the Penn State vs Michigan game. It was 4 of us so sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location."

"We had a great time, the accommodations were great . Only negative was the queen size mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable at all. We actually took the mattress from the other bed and put it underneath the mattress in the main room to get by for the weekend. Other than that it was a great stay ! "

"Picked this place to attend the Little League World Series and meet up with friends. Great location in Bellefonte easy walking in town to restaurants, river, shopping, and to attend the Grange fair. "We had a wonderful time staying at this place. It was perfect for a large group going to a football game at Penn State. This is a really special place where every detail has been thought out and beautifully designed. Every bed in the bunkroom has it's own light and outlet. Towels are plentiful and there are 6 full bathrooms! We easily were able to stream content on the TVs and through the speakers. The firepit was so nice to hang around too. "Everything about this special hideaway was completely enchanting. A wonderful escape, set directly on an peaceful flowing river. The whole setting is magical. The cabin is immaculate and well-stocked with info on the area. Dawn checked with me via email shortly after my arrival to make sure all was well. My only regret is that I did not book more nights! "Room was spacious and clean. Food from restaurant was excellent although we had to get takeout because they were no longer seating guests but people who came after us who were pushy got seated. Water in shower only got to lukewarm not hot. Perfect location for football games as we did not wait in any traffic, was easy to get to, and close. Overall would stay again."
