There were delicious treats waiting for us and the kitchen was stocked with anything you might need. Close to restaurants, coffee, park and the grocery store. Very Quiet. "Property is well suited for a large group gathering. It was very comfortable, but had some tired furniture, ie ripped covers on the couches. However, having young children staying there, it made it also more relaxing that we weren't going to ruin anything. Granted, the weekend that we stayed was hot and humid...the home was quite hot and humid on the inside. Yes, there are 3 working air conditioners (two window units and one wall unit) in the house, but could not come close to keeping the...

"My parents, my husband, son and I stayed at this farmhouse for two nights while we explored the area around Kensington where my parents grew up in the 1930's. The location is super beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the birds feed, the deer, and all of the flowers and trees. The quiet was spectacular. We also saw sandhill cranes, trumpeter swans and other wildlife. The house was so clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and other amenities....

The only things to note were there were a couple in person check ins that were a bit surprising and we would have appreciated some heads up, particularly with small children around we wouldn’t have wanted them to come across strangers, so that’s our feedback on how to make the stay more comfy and why the one less star.
