"The staff was excellent! There was trouble with our AC but it was due to the fact it was the hottest days of the year. We closed the curtains and blinds and this helped. I am sure the fact that we sleep in a 67 degree house at home didn’t help. Engineers Jeremy and Joe and the rest of the engineering staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. The wait staff at the pools and in the small bars were very attentive. Breakfast was totally not worth the price you pay...

"Very comfortable and clean location. The employees at the location were very kind and helpful. One made quite a few odd and kind of rude comments toward me, but other than that the stay was wonderful. I didn't spend much time in the room because I was enjoying exploring Chareston, the building was in a great central location on King Street. Made walking and biking a breeze."

"It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. The only thing I didn’t like was when I booked my hotel it was not clear that this a resort, and I was being booked by one of the timeshare owners and not the resort itself. Also it wasn’t...
